I've received numerous incorrect online app orders from this location over the last few months. Most of the time I'll have one item like beans, rice, or lettuce missing, but yesterday's was the worst yet so it pushed me to write this review.
The story: I'm a vegetarian (so I always order a sofritas bowl), and I also work a job with long hours going into the night. Sometimes, I'll pick up a bowl during the store's daytime operating hours and then save it to eat during my meal time later at night. So last night at work, I opened my "sofritas" bowl to discover it was full of steak...
This put me in a major bind because it made my dinner completely inedible, wasted my time and money, and there was nothing else available at 11pm that sold vegetarian food. I was forced to skip my meal and push through the rest of my shift on a completely empty, cramping stomach.
Again, I wouldn't write this review if it was a one time occurrence, but after months and months of this I'm getting tired of it. Please fix this issue. Please encourage your employees to pay closer attention. This affects people.
EDIT: I called the store and talked to a nice woman who said they will try to work better on this. Thank you for taking my call. I'll change my review if the situation improves.
EDIT 2: It just happened again... There were no customers in the store and I was the ONLY order. It was still incorrect with the wrong protein. Why!? Get it...
Read moreGiving up on this location, and maybe chipotle as a whole. I was a Chipotle lover since they've opened, often frequenting almost daily for a quick lunch between work. I've been going to this location for a few years now, (increasingly less frequently over the last few months due to poor service) and this one has some of the worst service I've encountered at any food establishment. The staff seems like they cant be bothered to help you, and don't want your business, this isn't a one time thing, its more often than not. Often times they open later than posted without signage, or even forget to unlock the front door when they are open. In the dining area they cant be bothered to even prepare by moving the chairs off the tables. On more than one occasion I've walked in and been told by the staff that they cant take walk-in orders because their registers don't work? (including today) This was only after standing, waiting for a bit while the staff walks past, ignoring the customers waiting to be helped. Online orders have been late, or disorganized, often times with long lines of people waiting to pickup well past the promised arrival time. I've had takeout, only to arrive back at the office and find that the food is so salty its inedible, or the order is incorrect. Read moreMy wife and I have been to many different Chipotle across the Denver area and I have to say this one is on the bottom of the list of any I would return to. My wife is Celiac so we know the protocals for when we come here. When ordering our food at this location (County line Rd and Chester St. location) the staff seemed to be, first, clueless as to what ordering something gluten free is and second irritated at the fact that they were asked to do anything special. Now I know you always run the risk of contamination and they do what they can, that is just part of the gig but it's concerning and just plain poor customer service when the staff is flat out irritated when asked to change their gloves and wash their hands. Would it kill anyone to just care a little? Other locations have done this with a smile and go above and beyond by even offering to change utensils and get ingredients from fresh containers.
