Awesome place. Staff is great. Michael, he owns the place as well as the Holy Smokes BBQ in Castle Rock is so friendly and helpful. But his manager at the Grillin Shop, Kelly, is the absolute best! She goes way out of the way for her customers. My Traeger grill wasn’t performing properly. She called them up as she felt they were not helping me to her standards and got everything handled and made sure it was warrantied. Then, although I told her I’m more than capable of changing the stuff out, she insisted on coming to my place in Larkspur to change the mother board herself. It absolutely does not get any better then that. 5 stars in not nearly enough to describe Kelly.
