Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Centennial

I do have another Jersey Mike’s that’s theoretically a little closer by; but prefer this one since it has better/more open parking and I can drive 55MPH on Arapahoe vs half the speed around the DTC area. The staff is awesome - they seem to work super hard between the in-person orders and online orders; yet, they’re always welcoming, happy to answer any menu questions, willing to make any customizations, and overall seem like a great team. With that said - do have a bit of patience, especially if you order online for pickup and get there early; they seem to usually only have 2-3 people working and tend to prioritize in-person orders, and maybe even the food delivery services (which to an extent makes sense and I’m fine with). However, they’ll get your order out as soon as possible and by the promised pickup time. In short - guess I’m suggesting that you just go order in-store if you’re within the area and in a rush, or get there at the pickup time they tell you. The sandwiches - I always get the number 7 (turkey and provolone) “Mike’s Way”, which just means they add onions, lettuce, tomatoes, an olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. Their cold cuts and cheese are sliced fresh when you order, and aside from making them at home or visiting a deli in NY or NJ, they’re pretty awesome. If it’s cold out or I want something different I might go with the Famous Philly; which is also awesome - there are better Philly cheesesteak places around (one down the road on Arapahoe Rd, in Greenwood Village); but JM’s is really good and much healthier compared to the other. I have been a Jersey Mike’s fan for years, ever since I “discovered” them on a business trip to New Jersey, but today I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant anywhere. My family and I went for a late lunch to the Jersey Mike’s at 6583 S Parker Rd in Centennial, CO. Not only did they not make the order correctly, and forgot one of the sandwiches, but when I asked for my receipt, I was given only the credit card receipt. When my wife mentioned that she thought we were overcharged, I asked for a copy of the itemized receipt. That’s when we discovered that all the prices on the receipt were .50 to 1.00 higher than what was posted on the menu board, and they hadn’t properly rung up the chips/drink deal either. When I pointed this out to the cashier I was informed that I “wasn’t adding it correctly.” I asked to speak to the manager. The manager immediately started blaming corporate for the price errors and claimed it wasn’t her fault and there was nothing she could do about it. When I pointed out that what they were overcharging everyone that came into the store including the people in line behind us, she kicked me out of the store. Came in there late last night they had about 25 minutes to closing person who was making the sandwiches was very sad very upset because he wanted to go home and he was tired did not want to make change for $100 bill but we told him we are going to spend a lot wind out spending $8o told us that we couldn't eat inside because we had 11 minutes to closing so we went outside to eat I work three jobs and was hungry took my family to eat the guy there was angry and tired Long story short we got ready to leave packed up our mess he was throwing out the trash I asked him if I could put my trash in the can he turned away not at his head and just walked away didn't answer me at all I am 55-year-old I don't deserve to be treated like that so I came up to him and asked him what was the problem he told me that we shouldn't come to eat at those hours and he told me he was calling the cops on me because I left the mess on the table and he told me I was supposed to take it all the way to the trash bend so I will talk to the manager today I will never eat there again was treated poorly and no respect for...
