I ordered pizza to be picked up and when we got it home it had mushrooms all over it. I do not like fungus touching my pizza. I called and they kept trying to tell me that it was just stuck on the bottom from other pizza. That was not true at all. It was all over the top of the pizza. What if I was allergic to mushrooms. Had to go back and exchange it. So disappointing and they didn’t seem to even care. Not even a I’m sorry for the inconvenience When my boyfriend went back to exchange it . When I called back to say they should of apologized the owner got on the phone and apologized but I shouldn’t of had to ask her to. She was very rude and said I wasn’t welcomed back in the restaurant which was fine cause I wasn’t planning on it. And she doesn’t even know who I am to stop me. Then she said that my boyfriend was embarrassed about coming back and that he didn’t want to be there. And that there was only 3 pieces of mushroom on it. I should of taken a pizza cause it was covered on 4 of the pieces. Trust me he wasn’t embarrassed and if he didn’t want to go back he would not of so she was just causing more problems. Read moreWhere to begin is the question! I walk into the shop, NO ONE said a word to me for several minutes. When someone did, I was asked if I called in, and I responded "no", and then, once again, nothing. The two employees up front continue to keep their heads down, and then one of the employees in the back finally came up front to take my order. As I was ordering, I realized my wallet was in the car, so I ran out to get it. Once I returned, the young man in the front took my order, because the female employee was clearly not going to do it. I told him I would be in my car and he told me when it was done he would bring my order to me. Well I waited for over 30 minutes, and I walked in to see if my order was ready. I was asked, "what did you order", and I repeated my order to the same young man who took it. When I opened the box the slices looked very good, but looks are and were deceiving! The sauce was soooo watery it soaked the bread! No it wasn't sauce, it was water with a slash of tomato sauce!

Walk over to pick up order, the owner and person discussing something at register…only to tell me they were voiding my payment and re-ringing the transaction. No one telling me why. In the meantime, my salad is sitting on the counter packed to go and, not knowing, but the pizza setting on the work bench, was my order! So after the two of them figure out how to undo and redo my check, the owner packs up the pizza and hands me the box! When I told her that I was not happy with the pizza setting there that entire time…she, the owner, insisted that it did not! Like does she think I’m blind! We exchanged words, she told me not to come back and I assured her there was no worry of that! Got home, the pizza was cold, I had to warm it up, there was hardly any chicken on a $16 salad. It was an awful experience and the owner is not only a bad business owner, but a snarky terrible pizza maker! I should have followed my instincts and left the order there and just walked out!
