Burger King — Restaurant in Center Township

My sister and I went to this Burger King twice in 2 weeks. The first time we both got chicken sandwiches and french fries. The french fries were disgusting. Had we not already driven away I would have gone back to have them replace the fries with fresh ones. They were cold and old enough you could taste heavy oil all over them. I threw most of them away. My sister's sandwich was good but mine was terrible. I had never had a chicken sandwich at Burger King so my sister tasted my sandwich because I told her that it had a metallic taste. She said mine was the worst chicken sandwich she had ever had at Burger King and indeed said it tasted metallic. We gave this Burger King another chance a week later and ordered Whoppers this time. I ordered it with no mayonnaise, no onion and heavy pickle. They gave us Whoppers with onions and a little pickle. This time I went back in and had them make it right. The employee making this sandwich walked back to the refrigeration room to get more pickles. She touched the refrigerator door to get in, then carried the container of pickles to her station and finally used the same gloves to grab a handful of pickles and throw them on both Whoppers. The manager stood and watched her do the whole thing and never said a word or asked her to change her gloves. Pretty unsanitary, especially with covid 19 going on. I wasn't about to waste two more Whoppers so I accepted them but let the manager know that next time the girl should change her gloves before handling a...

STAY AWAY FORM THIS BURGER KING!!!

There is a McDONALDs right down the road by Wal-Mart and so many others in close proximity. There is even an ARBY's right beside them!!!. You'll be MUCH better served there and with just as good, if not BETTER food.

I do like Burger King, but not this one or the one in Baden at the new Wal-Mart by Northern Lights These folks are arrogant and rude. The drive in always plays that stupid WELCOME message trying to get you to buy an item they are featuring. I HATE THAT!!!! They do not take coupons printed even from the Burger King site online... just the printed ones you MIGHT get in the mail or the Burger King app ones. They are stingy with condiments and always seem to forget adding napkins to the bag even if you ask for them.

"The customer is always right" is NOT the motto of this joint. It's the customer is just who we use to make money.

If you MUST have Burger King, go to the one in Chippewa. They are super friendly... take ALL coupons and EVEN COUPONS OF COMPETITORS!!! They are owned by a different owner and are not rude and intolerant.

Did not feel like cooking tonight so I decided to go to Burger King. Big Mistake. Ordered a medium sized Whopper meal without pickle or onion , a medium sized chicken nugget meal with barbecue dipping sauce and a double cheeseburger with large onion rings. First of all there was enough mayonnaise on the Whopper for 6-8 Whoppers , the meat was not even luke warm , the fries were cold , no dipping sauce , the nuggets were barely cooked , no ice in one drink , 3 ice cubes in the other drink and the double cheeseburger looked like someone sat on it . Now I realize it is called fast food , but come on people , at least put some thought and care into doing the job. With the majority of restaurants and other food sources relying so much on take out and curbside pickup , I would think that you would put forth a better effort to keep people coming back. There are too many people in these times who are really watching their money and an experience like this will definitely have them going elsewhere , count me as...
