Dunkin' — Restaurant in Center Township

This location is a joke. I've been to many Dunkin Donuts and I've never had any problems like I've had at this one. When I first started going to this location they always forgot to put bacon on my avocado toast but that has recently stopped. My latest problem now is I ALWAYS have to wait for my food but I really don't mind that when the service is good but the last time the service was not good. I waited for 15 min for a bacon,egg, and cheese sandwich and hashbrowns. There were only 6 vehicles that went thru the drive thru after me. I honestly thought they forgot about me so I decided to go in. As I walked in, a guy and a girl are there behind the counter and I said, "Did you guys forget about me?" They both stared at me and then the girl said, "What?" I repeated myself and then instead of saying "I'm so sorry about the wait, here's your food", like they usually do, the girl, who said her name was Abby, said, "There was a rush of cars, I'll bring it out to you." I didn't say anything back because #1, 6 cars in 15 min is not a rush and #2 that was not good customer service Abby. Mihir you need to hire better people who actually know how to provide decent customer service. Or maybe they need better...

I bought a jelly bismarck at 4:00 pm to bring to my brother in the hospital. I go to cut up the Bismarck & it's stale. Nothing worse then stale donuts. I call the store a the employee tells me the donuts arrive at 5:00 am. I told her you charge regular price for donuts that have sat out in the open for 11 hours & are stale. She said yes. I said customers should be informed that the donuts aren't fresh and they should be sold at a discount because you are selling stale donuts. I also had this experience at another dunken donuts. I should've learned from my first experience. I will no longer spend my money at any dunked donuts again. I will go to Krispy Cream where the donuts are fresh anytime you buy them. Wish I could give this no stars considering how bad the service is. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 coffees and 2 donuts. They gave us one coffee and the donuts and thats it. We asked for the sandwiches which we had to show them the receipt for which was fine if the manager didn't have an attitude with us. We also never got our other coffee until we turned around to go back and go inside. At that point the manager said it wasn't there and we had to show her the receipt again when it was sitting on the counter and we saw her pick it up and hand it to us.
