Inconsistent.
I’ve never written a review on a restaurant before, but I’m honestly tired of the (some of) the staff genuinely not caring about the customers experience. I’ve been a customer to this store exclusively for about 3-4 months. I’ve had multiple mess-ups when grabbing my coffee in the morning but I just get it and leave, I don’t like to be a bother especially during the morning rush, I understand.
On the other hand, here are the issues I’ve had with previous orders:
Not getting the condiments I added that I paid for in my cold brew (multiple times)
Cloud foam macchiato barely half full with coffee, the manager never offered to make a new one so I just didn’t ask.
Only 1 or 2 people greeting customers and being friendly normally, the staff seems to change often unless the store is just over staffed
Constantly running out of things like dragon fruit, they also don’t have a Nitro machine (not their fault)
I will continue to go to this location, because when my order is 100% right, it’s a great experience. I just don’t like the inconsistency for the price you have to pay.

Read moreI know its starbucks and people are going to go here no matter what but be prepared for a LONG wait!! 30 minutes trapped in line. Ordered 2 drinks. When I got to the window they handed me one of the 2 and left the other one sitting in plain sight. The employee left the window for a good 5 minutes then i called for someone and asked if they could hand me my other drink. They said they couldn't hand me a drink because they were a drink maker not working the window. I asked them to find me someone to hand me the drink and 3+ minutes went by before FINALLY someone handed me my second drink. Literally 40 FREAKING MINUTES FOR 2 COFFEES. Btw I was maybe car 7 or 8 when I got in line. Disgusting wait and once you get in line here you're completely trapped....
Read moreSo, its 8:45 at night and dark out. Ordered 2 iced grande coffees. The young lady was wiping outside of second cup that I received... had to ask for napkins cause clearly there was stuff all over outside of glass. I drive a mile away and came to a red light and the light shined in to coffee splattered all around the cup holder on both seats. I get it... its a drive thru... still I'm handed a coffee thats puddled on top (I should have checked it) and covered on the sides too.. I called them to let them know that I'm at these places sometimes multiple times a day... and the guy just says.... "Umm, I'm sorry"..... really? Carmel and espresso all over the outside 1 of 2 drinks.... they should've made a second drink and got rid of the mess up...
