I have tried very hard to give this location the benefit of the doubt and have reordered multiple times. This location cannot get details on orders correct at all. If you ask for extra sauce you’ll get extra cheese, if you ask for extra cheese you’ll get extra pepperoni. I have literally put notes on that are never followed. The pictures online used to look like what you ordered but have gone way down hill. You can select “contactless” and they will still stand at the door and hand it to you. Details are NOT their strong point at this location at all.
UPDATE 12/16/21: Tried again. Pizza came tasting like the dough was stale or old, the pizza was cut very odd, and had pieces of the crust completely missing. And as always, the extra sauce wasn’t there even though it’s on the receipt, and was missing an additional container of sauce too. I called to talk to the manager who I believe he said his name was Alex. I told him my issue, and how this continues to happen. He quickly told me, the pizzas are sticking to the pans for some reason, and to redo it, would take longer and to deliver it wouldn’t be worth my time because they were “extremely busy”, so he would add a credit to our account. Which they said they would do one other time a year ago and it never happened. I am all about giving the benefit of the doubt, however this location is terrible. Do not order from this location if you want fresh, good tasting pizza, or quality. They don’t care, you’re just a number. And for the record we always be sure to tip the driver around 20-25% as we know it’s not their fault. I’m so disappointed...
Read moreWorst location and bad service. I placed an order today to be delivered. I didn’t get everything I ordered. My husband called them and they told my him they can not refund us for the items we did not get but we also were not going to get what we ordered. Only offered a credit. We asked for refund or what we paid for. They said she would need to talk to manager and call us back. They called back and said we will just refund your order and hung up. We wanted to make sure we heard right and make sure wasn't a mistake so we called back. They didn’t answer and it went to their call center. We told them what happened and they called the store and were told we hung up on them. What? We called them back to get it all straightened out. Did not accuse the lady of hanging up or nothing or lying. Just wanted to get resolved. She said she could not refund and nothing she could do. We asked for manager and she claimed to be the GM. So she called the call center while my husband was on phone to see if can do anything and was openly talking bad about him to the call center rep. My husband said I can hear what your saying and she got another person on the phone who just yelled at us saying if we keep harassing them they were going to call the cops and hung up on us again. Read moreExtremely rude and unprofessional. This evening, I placed two orders to go to two different addresses. We were surprising a family with dinner being delivered to their house. The Delivery Driver delivered both orders to one address--honest mistake. So, I called Pizza Hut to notify them of the mistake. The manager that I spoke with was extremely rude right when she got on the phone. She started the conversation with telling me that she could not give me a refund, which I didn't ask for at the time. I just wanted my order to be delivered to the correct address. However, instead of correcting their mistake, once we started to review both orders, the manager said they would just provide me with a refund. This was concerning since originally she told me I could not get a refund. So I asked her for her name so that if a refund did not come through I could circle back with Pizza Hut and let them know that "Blank" manager told me I would receive a refund. The manager refused to give me her name and stated that she was the manager in-training. When I asked to speak to the manager who was training her, she said, "The manager is not here; I am the manager." She eventually told me that her name was Trista and that I would have a refund...
