I used to always go to the corporate store in Rogers Arkansas but customer service recommended this store in the beginning when I started to go it was the best store the life ever dealt with lately every time you go in there there is a problem I was just in there three times in one week then the following week I was in there two times I will only deal with certain employees One is Ezekiel and the other is clay there is in employee there who I was on a grandfather didn't plan he took me off my plan without my knowledge and he messed up my phone where I had everything included and now I have to pay for everything and I'm paying more now than I ever paid for as long as I've been with Verizon for 7 years all because this employee messed with my plan without asking me first and he messed up my phone if you go in the store ask for Ezekiel or Clay those two employees really know their business they know what they're doing how to do it and they really take care of their customers they take their time and explain what's going on what they're doing if you have any questions they'll answer any and all questions without an attitude and you can ask it more than once and they don't mind explaining until they're sure you know...

Go the actual Verizon store on Walnut in Rogers, AR if you’d like to be treated like a customer by competent staff with access and willingness to resolve concerns. The Centerton location is not corporate and does not follow guidelines, they seem more interested in their commission than performing their job professionally.
I legitimately didn’t have an old phone number and Jonah/Jonas wouldn’t sell me a phone since I wasn’t doing a port-in. No other Verizon allows their employees to behave unethically What’s worse is that he claims he TRAINS and INSTRUCTS his counterparts to be treat customers so disrespectfully and be dishonest. I sold phones for years in management for four carriers and never have seen a representative speak to a customer the way he did. It wasn’t the way he said what he said, it’s what he said. He’s a smooth talker which is why he’s able to blanket so many customers. Disgusting.
In Rogers they addressed all of my concerns and solved each issue in a prompt manner. I’ve been with Verizon for years until I was on someone else’s plan and went back to them. I’ve never had an issue until I went to Centerton; it’s beyond...
Read moreWe needed to head into a Verizon store to figure out our phones. My Note 4 has been on its last leg for a Whole, and the wife's older iPhone (that she recently got), which is covered under the Verizon protection plan, head been acting up.
I've been reluctant to upgrade (or even just replace) because it's always been a hassle.
We decided to head into this location and see what we could do. We ended up replacing my phone, my wife's phone, and got a tablet for recommended educational apps for our daughter.
The whole experience was great! Omar (the rep that worked with us; along with the other gentleman that was working at the time) was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what it options were, and making sure we we happy (excited, really) with it decisions!
I do feel bad we took so much time, but not once did I feel rushed or pushed like I have with every other visit to a Verizon store!
