Philly Pretzel Factory — Restaurant in Centerville

We ordered online and picked up. Ordered:

10 original pretzels 1 cup cinnamon bites (may not be official name) 2 cups cheddar cheese 1 butter cream dip 1 cinnamon dip

Specialty Item: Unfortunately we were told they were out of the cinnamon bites when picking up. However, they let us choose a replacement and we chose a cup of their cheese steak bites (accidentally, we just thought they were pretzel bites) these actually idk they weren't bad at all, but it was weird the texture wasn't pleasing my brain or something and the kid and papaw felt the same way. But I ate 2 of them so it wasn't the worst thing I ever had by any means.

Org. Pretzels: my son LOVED their pretzels! I'd say I've had better but they were good. I enjoyed them, they hit the spot and fulfilled my salty craving.

Dips: we were suppose to get 2 cheddar cups but think 1 was actually spicy cheese because my youngest who usually loves spicy couldn't eat it. So must have been pretty dang spicy. Butter cream- it was good, comparable to frosting. It was a bit too sweet we just tried it and that was enough. Cinnamon dip- personal fave.

Service: fast, friendly, professional. Have no complaints. No long lines or wait when we went on a Saturday evening.

Cleanliness: Inside seemed to be well kept and cleaned throughout the day. They did have a banquet table with pretzels on it that I believe said happy holidays idk not sure. I thought that was kinda odd but also I get it lol. No inside seating available. Ultimately no...

We decided to try for the first time to see if we wanted to order a party tray for the Superbowl. Ordered delivery through doordash and get a few things to sample. 1- Philly pretzel balls, missing cheese they charged extra for, but they were tasty. 2- completely missing one cinnamon shaker, ordered 2, the one was obviously old, sides were stale and hard. 3- order two pretzel dogs with cheese, again that I was charged extra for and did not get, these were the biggest disappointment. Old, stale and very over priced....

I placed a large order for my daughters wedding. I had to call to ask questions multiple times for the display that we were building. Every time i called i received top notch customer service, they answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb for asking them. They were very kind and professional.
