I honestly have to say I’m really disappointed. I am an everyday costumer, this locations knows me by name and knows my order really well. So this is absolutely not taking away from this location or the workers, I love the staff and environment they create. But that being said, this morning I went for my morning coffee run and ordered my drink adding a venti ice water as I do every morning. When I got to the window the worker handed me a grande ice water. I tried to say no I ordered a venti ice water, she went on to tell me that Starbucks has changed things in their system so, now Ice waters only come in one size. At this point I think I looked confused because she proceeded to show me an example explaining how someone will come in and order 10 ice waters and that Starbucks doesn’t like that. I went on to question saying I am only one person asking for a venti ice water like I do every morning and ( I drink every last drop each day.) I completely understand that people are taking advantage of the situation where Starbucks provides complimentary water when asked but, when it is only 7:30am and is already 81° out and is suppose to break 100° today, I personally feel like if a guest asks to pay the difference, that guest should be able to get venti ice water. It’s hot out and is alarming that in an extreme heat wave someone is getting denied more water. Why not just charge the guests who are getting over a certain amount of waters?? Rather than make it so no one can get a normal amount of water when water is essential. I was very taken back today since I just got a venti ice water yesterday morning. I love this facility and franchise but I do not stand behind not giving someone a little bit more water when asked to pay the difference on one water cup. I would be asking to fill one of my own many cups that I bought prior to Covid but that isn’t an option either. I’m really disappointed with this very simple request and I don’t stand behind the concept. I think I will be changing my morning coffee route just on the account...
Read moreNote, I am only giving this rate for THIS experience I like to go to this location about 2-3 times a week. 90% of the time, everything is fine. There has only been a handful of times when my order hasnt been right, but it wasnt that far off, that it was ok with me. Today, I ran through the drive thru and ordered the following "Iced, Decaf, Americano with a splash of heavy cream and 2 pumps Sugar Free Vanilla." I was in a hurry to get to work, so, as I pulled out of the drive thru, no longer at the window, I looked at my cup. It was a "Cold Brew, No water, Heavy Cream, Regular Vanilla". The line in the drive thru was long and I didnt have time to go back through or even go in, to get the right order. I totally understand human error, hard to hear through the drive thru window and such. So, I make sure to tell my order loud and slow. But, I feel like with how much their products cost, I should not get an order of something not even close to what I ordered. Super disappointed. But my co-worker who is drinking the drink I...
Read moreIf I could give this Starbucks zero stars, I would! I am very unhappy with your customer service. I NEVER go to Starbucks and the one time I decide to go, I have a bad experience. I got the small pink drink through the drive through and my whole cup was filled with ice. I was not aware of their required ice measurement. When I went in to complain and ask for compensation such as a new drink or money back, the employee couldn’t give a care about my situation. I literally just paid them $4 for a cup of ice! They couldn’t at least refill my cup without ice? What a joke! Customer service should be their utmost priority especially if you want new customers. I will never again go to a place that makes me pay for a cup of ice. That’s ridiculous and it’s disrespectful to make someone pay for something that basically comes free. If you aren’t a frequent customer, make sure you ask for little or no ice so you don’t end up in the same...
