I honestly wish i could give negative stars. We went here for dinner last night, on Valentine's Day, shortly before 9 PM, HOURS before they close... found it very odd that there were no customers but decided to go anyways. There were only 2 other customers, that were leaving as we were being seated. We ordered a chicken fried steak breakfast with pancakes and a side of toast and a chicken fried steak dinner with a salad. After waiting for well over 10 minutes, the server returned and told us they had to make gravy because they were out. Then proceeded to bring out the steaks anyways with a small spoonful of very old gravy on each. I then asked for the salad i ordered and he laughed and went back to the kitchen..... a few minutes later he came back and said Sorry we don't have lettuce. Then we asked for the pancakes that were supposed to come with the meal, and he laughs again. He goes back to the kitchen and comes back with two tiny "pancakes" that more resembled burnt cold crackers. They were obviously EXTREMELY old and they served them anyways. Then i asked for the side of toast, and yet again, he laughs and walks away. Later returning to say they're out of bread!! He asks us, what we would like instead. Instead of what part!?!? So I replied why don't you tell us what you DO have, seems like that would be a much shorter list, how about just giving us our bill for the food we didn't get or was too old ahs cold to eat, so we can go find a restaurant that has food! The "manager" (i believe that's what his role was) did take the food off our bill and charged us for our drinks, since we consumed those in the half hour of wasted time. This place was such a joke I'm confused why or how the doors are...

Came here this morning with my pregnant wife and 20 month old toddler. We were seated fairly quickly, unlike everyone who came in after us. They’re definitely understaffed, however that’s no excuse for what we and many others went through this morning.
It took the server 20 minutes before taking it order (no biggie), she comes back 10 minutes later letting us know that she forgot to input our order into the system and so it would be a little longer (okay… unprofessional but whatever). 40 minutes later of no contact from our server (who walked past us many times) I then asked how much longer it would be. She snapped back that it was probably done and she’d go get it (acting as if I was the rude one even dare to ask). We didn’t get our food till about an hour after she came to tell us she finally put our order in (and we still were missing some sides). Needless to say, that’s a long time for a toddler to wait for food and to have to sit there patiently. Thankfully, our daughter was REALLY good.
And that’s not even all that happened. We didn’t have forks and stuff so I immediately asked for some when she was dropping off our food (in a very stuck up way). Well… she went to another table to take their order and then went to go clear off other tables for another 10 minutes, so I had to get up and go grab some myself. Our server never came by to check on us, she handed our food over and completely ignored all her tables unless I flat out called out to her for the check. I’m a pretty patient dude, but this was ridiculous! You won’t be seeing us in this...
Read moreMy preschool aged son and I met my Dad and Brother here for dinner. The host who I believe was also the manager took our drink order and it took 10 minutes to get an old cup of coffee and a rootbeer. I immediately ordered my son's food because he was starving. About 10 mins later they took my order of eggs, hashbrowns, toast and French toast. I didn't get an actual carafe of hot, fresh coffee until after they brought my Dad & Brother's food out. It was about 2 mins later my son's food came. While he was eating he started to choke on his bacon and NO ONE in the restaurant did anything. Luckily I took a class in child heimlich and I got him to cough out the food. After my nerves calmed, I realized everyone at the table had empty plates In front of them that I stil hadn't gotten my order. So I got up to ask them why and they said that they had made the wrong kind of French toast... but they hadn't told me anything and I didn't see any of my order in the window. By this time my preschooler was bored and tired and acting up. So I told the waitress to please box my order. As I was getting our items to leave, out came our waitress with my entire order garnished with whipp cream on plates and not a box in her hands. I asked again If I could get some boxes because I had to leave. She said "oh do you want me to box it?" I was so frustrated with everything I left with a empty stomach and a whiney little boy. My Dad brought the food to me but it was bedtime. I didn't get dinner. No manager talked to us, no one offered restitution for ruining my dinner and we paid full...
