I was reminded again why I almost never go to this location even though I work very near here. During my most recent visit, all the communications from all staff members were curt and rude.
The person taking my order didn't repeat my order back to me after I ordered, increasing the likelihood of getting the order wrong. I wasn't provided with a receipt to confirm my order, adding to the likelihood of a mistake.
When I attempted to inform them of the inevitable error, I was met with what appeared to be a manager interrupting me to tell me I was wrong. I received items I didn’t order but likely paid for (I don’t know for sure since I didn’t receive a receipt). I didn’t (initially) receive items I did order, and the corporation didn’t receive payment for those items.
This location (1) consistently takes longer than average to serve customers, (2) often gets orders wrong, (3) never provides receipts so customers can see what they’ve been charged for, and (4) is basically never an enjoyable experience. Read moreI arrived at this location around midnight on a Friday, and the lights were all off, along with the sign/drive-thru lights. I had just driven out of my way to this Wendy's because I had a bad experience with the one down the road, and because the app said this location was open until 2 am, I figured they would serve me better than the last. However, I waited at the speaker for three minutes and then said "hello" just to see if maybe they didn't hear me pull up. The man began taking my order, and I was attempting to order four things total. However, I was trying to order a Frosty and was informed that they "couldn't make it" two hours before closing. I'm a former Wendy's employee from when I was in high school. I am aware that company policy is (or was) to clean and shut down the frosty machine 30 minutes before close, not 2+ hours before. I am extremely disappointed with the two Wendy's I had to visit this night, who (1) did not acknowledge my presence at the speaker, and (2) cut corners so they did not have to do as much "work". Read moreA few weeks ago I went to this Wendy’s around 12. I knew it was lunchtime so might be busy. I did NOT expect, however, to be waiting in like for 30 minutes and only moving three cars ahead. I didn’t even get to the speaker before I left. This was my half hour lunch break so I didn’t get to eat. I ended up calling corporate and complaining. They told me a manager would reach out to me. Fast forward a week and I still hadn’t heard from anyone. I called corporate back and they were like a manager will get with you blah blah blah. Fast forward ANOTHER week and I still haven’t heard anything. I went to this Wendy’s again because I was craving their cheese fries. The lady was incredibly rude and, once again, the wait was a bit excessive. This is honestly the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
