Arby's — Restaurant in Central City

I'll start by saying their app has the wrong hours & allows orders until midnight. I ordered in the app at 9:55, apparently they close at 10. You could tell they didn't want me there & wanted to go home. I know so bc they said so but only to other people, not me. Seemed a little passive agressive, or maybe they just thought I couldn't hear them, idk. Regardless, I still apologized once I found out they close at 10. Somehow this is what I got on my sandwich. If they had already cleaned the slicer or if it was broken or whatever, I would've understood & I would have gladly accepted a refund instead of getting cubes of roast beef on my sandwich. The employees was very nice and courteous. The food was bland, cold and isn't settling very well. We threw our food away and left. I doubt very seriously if we will ever patron this location anymore. I promise the truck stop roller grill next door has better hotdogs. This has not been my typical experience with this Arby's location in the past. The quality has really gone downhill in the last year. The floor was so sticky my shoes was trying to stick to the floor. Bathrooms was decent. The parking lot near the build is very grungy looking. Slow, incomplete order. Took six minutes (I watched the screens) to get two combos and a kids meal. After five minutes of waiting and watching others leave, I peered around the corner.
