We were evacuated from the fires. We didn't know where we were going, or if are home would be spared that night. It was getting late and we were trying to find a motel to have a place to lay our heads that night. We have a large family and all of us were displaced from the Obenshain fires. We were calling everyone trying to get dinner for all the scared kids and just feed our clan and start to get our feet under us. Everyone was busy, others were closed or had a 2 hour wait time. We started to panic and then called you guys. A wonder woman answered the phone who instantly made it feel like everything was going to be ok. She took my order with such patience even though I was obviously shock up. She made all 5 pizzas so fast, like 20 min!! She made sure to give us everything we needed, gave us free sodas and was just so kind to us! I cant remember her name but she needs a raise! She was a manager, she had a very different name I think it started with an M but I'm not sure lol. Anyway the pizza was just as great as the service and this experience was the only good thing that happened during this crazy time. Thank you so much from my family for being there when we needed you and going the extra mile for complete...

Very disappointing. 14 of us walked intp Bobbio's on Saturday night around 5:30. There were several tables along the back that were empty as well as a bank of tables assembled in a line. They told us the line of tables were reserved but the tables along the back were free. We began to get these tables together while some members of our party ordered. Then they said "no you can't have those tables. They aren't available." Just like that. No apology, no I'm sorry I didn't realize they had been reserved as well. They said there was a special community event taking place and they were too busy for us. While I understand the logistics of the event. Signs showing reserved on the tables would have helped with clarity. A customer service attitude explaining the issues in a polite respectable way would have helped us understand and accept rather thanfeeling like we'd been in error for choosing BobbieO's. Was my first visit. There won't be a second. Remember, it takes a long time to win a customer and a moment to lose one. . Missed opportunity...

Hello, I'm not one to complain! But, I thought this might be helpful information. I purchased a "Family" BBQ Chicken pizza this evening. Upon arriving home we noticed our pizza had like no BBQ sauce on it. I mean you couldn't even remotely taste or see it. So, we called the store only to be told by the young man "are you sure there's none on there? I saw them put plenty on it!" We kindly said we were sure and asked if we could come get a side of BBQ sauce as we live only a few miles away and had no BBQ sauce on hand. The young man on the phone then went on to explain how they couldn't give us a side of sauce as they are running low and were trying to stretch it out..... CLEARLY!!! this resulted in us having no sauce on our pizza :( really disappointed spending $30 on somewhat dry bread with...

Wondering what you get here for $38? The order consisted of 1 medium pizza,1 small order of cheesy garlic bread sticks and a small crisscut fries. I also was charged for 4 little ranch dipping sauces. The Pizza was rather good (white mountain) .The order of crisscut fries was a small handful thrown in a box $6.50 :( . The cheesy garlic sticks are anything but cheesy but more like a thin flat piece of bread with some overcooked cheese with no spices and are as hard as a rock $5.00 . I felt completely ripped off after eating this local overpriced garbage.

Pizzas are expensive and they don't put much cheese or toppings on certain pizzas, it seems. Other people with our party didn't have much toppings on their pizzas. For the price you're paying, you would think you would get a good quality pizza. And At the price they charge for their pizzas, you might as well go to kaleidoscope pizza and get great quality food.
