The service I get is not the same now that they changed owners. My card has been overcharged for merchandise that I bought. I was told the hoodie was $30 since it was the last size and shirt was 10 because I used my rewards points. I check my bank statement, I was charged $45.16 for the hoodie and 14.65 for the tired mom shirt. I was mad because I only boand let it go, but then I get my normal white nervana with breve after my bday. I looked and tasted it, didn't look or taste like what I drink and the new manager says to my face yes it is with attitude. I asked her nicely to remake it. She did and I Said thats better thank you. So my mom and I ask what she did different and she said it's the same as the first. Like come on lady really! The first drink didn't look like it had breve and it was plain. But I made sure I tip 2 dollars for correcting it. Then other day I go and get a free drink and since I didn't have a quarter she charged it to my card. Which I thought the ladies said they can't run your card if it's under $5. I don't mind paying for breve but this new manager kara colors are showing. I hope it doesn't happen to someone else because it's not right. A lot of girls I know and knew who worked there never gave me a problem. I was a satisfied loyal customer for 12 years. Read moreZERO STARS!!! One of the worst coffee experiences my husband and I have had! Firstly, 30 minutes of a wait time for coffee is absolutely atrocious, with no apology. Secondly, the two baristas were very rude, had and attitude for the entire experience, and exhibited poor customer service skills. Thirdly(and most importantly), our coffee drinks were disappointing. My iced white chocolate Americano was all ice, even though I specifically asked for them to be light on the ice. My husband's vanilla granita tasted watered down and was not even a real granita because the machine was broke(also no apology for that). Fourth, the business itself is poorly run and fails to back their own product. The fact that they have a sign that states if the customers drink is not to the customers satisfaction that they will be charged to remake it, is an insult to the customer. Also note that Starbucks, Dutch bros, and Seattle's best will all remake the drink until the customer is satisfied with no EXTRA CHARGE. Fifth, any business that has to charge extra for whip cream and for blending a drink will bit last for very long. It simply proves they have cheap product and a flawed...

I always loved the girls working there, but there's a newer person, a slightly older person who i just didnt have the best interaction with. I ordered the same drink I've been ordering for years now, ordered it exactly the same way I always have. Never have I had a problem with my drink before but today it was off. Something wasnt right. So I came back and she made it about how I apparently didnt order it correctly and she couldn't have possibly done anything wrong. Uhm. Okay. She remade my drink, still. Its off. Not quite right. But she insists that she made it correctly.. not sure what was going on. Every other Barista has made it perfect and if something was off they corrected it, easy.
