Tower Tavern — Restaurant in Centralia

We rented our kegs for the wedding from Tower Tavern and had a great experience up until I tried to return the one used keg and the one that wasn't even opened. When I returned the kegs, I was greeted by a bar maid who was not that friendly or even courteous. In all fairness to her, she was the only one there and there were 5 customers in the bar - 2 already served and 3 that just walked in. She was doing all the work, including the cooking. I don't mind waiting when someone is obviously busy. My issue is that she was not nice, courteous or even professional. She treated me like I was in the wrong for returning the kegs at 11am in the morning and for asking if we could possibly get the money back for the one keg that was not even opened. I walked out irritated and feeling like if I am ever in Chehalis again, I will most certainly not return to a place where the staff is not courteous or...

The bar tender was horrible. 1) she came up to a lady that was drinking, slaped the drink out of her hand splashing myself and other customers yelling "no" at the lady. Even if it was an issue of a drink limit the bar tender handeled it diporably. 2) we were standing outside behind the bar, when another customer was coming out of the door, the same bar tender tossed a container of something in the customers face and when the cutomer was outside she was complaining that her eyes were burning because of whatever was in the container. Again I don't know the situation behind the interaction of the customer and bar tender, but again for a bar tender to act in such a violent manner and potentially insight further violence is completely out of line. It was a terrible experience and I will never return and would not suggest this...

Bar was great. Server, not sure what her name was didn’t even get a chance to before she was kicking us out. Granted one of our guests found the floor as there are no backs to the bar stools, again that was my friends fault lol. Fast forward. The lady that abruptly asked us to leave because she “watched us walked in and already knew she wasn’t going to serve us because we appeared intoxicated” comes storming through the kitchen doors being rude. I said that’s completely understandable. One of my friends is using the restroom and we will kindly leave.
