The lady at the drive-thru window was about the only pleasant part of this. She was so nice & beyond patient with me & part of my indecisive family (the ONLy reason this got a 2 - she actually grts a 5-plus. Give that lady a raise!). Ok, look. We all already know - nothing good comes from a trip to the Golden Arches. We all know we will feel sick afterward & question our sanity knowing this & going there anyway. That being said - we had quite a few people to feed, so we had a pretty wide variety of items we ordered. The fries tasted like they were refried for the 3rd or 4th & sat under a heat lamp for about 2 or 3 hours prior to that (& maybe even after). The burgers were the same - like they MAY have been edible at one point, but then they went to Fast Food Purgatory known as the Heat Lamp/Warming Trays as well. I think it would have tasted better if they froze whatever they cooked earlier, then microwaved it, rather than serving something that was so dry that no amount of ketchup would help. Last, but certainly not least - my Big Mac. I don't ever expect perfection from here (not this location in particular, as this was the 1st time at this one). However, when someone orders something with no pickles, never forget there are those few like me who know the difference between a sandwich made with no pickles & 1 that the pickles were taken off of after the fact, then served. There is no reason I should have tasted that much pickle juice on my sandwich if there were none to start with. THEY STILL TOUCHED MY SANDWICH - & that sits on the border of no redemption. So please - for the love of "2 all beef patties, special sauce, lettce, cheese, pickles, & onions on a sesame seed bun" - stop sending everything to Fast Food Purgatory. Get rid of the heat lamp & warming trays, or at the very least, stop depending on them to keep food warm & edible, especially with the fact that you now charge over $10 per person to eat there. It doesn't work. It not too late! I believe you can turn it around with a little effort & a can-do attitude! You just have to apply the effort. Make the food fresh instead of mass cooking a bunch of random things, then letting it sit all day "keeping warm". It....
Read moreI’m not sure who trains the workers on “customer service” but they need to re-evaluate their training methods or have a talk with the workers lol. I rarely eat McDonalds (food progressively gets worse each year,) and only get it when I have little time to make something or get something elsewhere. Unfortunately this location is the most convenient as it’s closest to home, and I really try to avoid it. Only have encountered 3 workers that are respectful and one of those 3 doesn’t even work for McDonalds anymore. Every-time you come here if it’s not an order messed up, it’s a window cashier who acts like they have no concept of customer service. The workers are highly rude and if you catch them to let them know your order is wrong they look at you like you’re the problem lol.
I understand fast food work isn’t the “ideal job” for majority of people, and also understand everyone has bad days, but the workers at this location are consistently rude. I recommend taking your...
