Worst Customer Service Experience Ever. I wish I could post negative stars.

Got Delivery from Wendy's -- driver forgot to give me food ordered and drove away - or maybe they just kept it for themselves. Either way I did not get it.

When calling the Wendy's Customer Service line I got nothing but a busy signal for 20 minutes. I called the store and was promptly stonewalled by the ineffectual and completely impotent "manager" on duty who seemed to have no problem throwing his ego around, but couldn't properly handle my problem.

As I'm sure someone from the establishment will no doubt come on here and say - i was told "we don't deal with doordash orders or the app".

NEWS. FLASH - making an order through the app that is fulfilled by a specific location MAKES THEM RESPONSIBLE. It's no different than if I am in the drive-thru or if I visit their lobby. The food is ordered and handed to the customer. The intermediary is irrelevant and any attempt by Wendy's to circumvent responsibility or accountability is completely unacceptable.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION - any attempt on their part of customer service or attempting to appear like they care enough to try to rectify the situation have passed and there is no way they will earn my respect again. The shift leader or supposed "manager" on duty on September 19, 2022 at 3:45 pm is derelict of duty and completely unfit...

My family and I love Wendy's. It's one of our go-to fast food places here. It's probably one of the oldest still standing fast food places here. They've kept up with modern updates, and the inside provides a very chill, modern atmosphere. Making it a great choice to go in and eat for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. What makes Wendy's great to us is their cheese sauce. It is so delicious to dip your fries in the cheese sauce! And! It only cost .50 cents! Another fun and delicious food pairing is getting a frosty, chocolate or vanilla, and dipping your fries in it. It gives a different twist on fast food fries. Hey, it's Wendy's! Although often dismissed as just another fast food chain, Wendy's was founded by Dave Thomas who was adopted as a child...and he and his family still contribute to organisations that advocate for the children in need of adoption and foster homes.

Besides some of the best burgers on the Planet, Wendy's is also where I get the closest thing to my late mother's chili, and I consider THAT a blessing in itself... because although she has been with God for the last 10 years, when I have a helping of Wendy's chili, somehow I feel my mom isn't so far away after all.
