I'm writing this in hopes the owner of this franchise will see this and make some changes. I went to this particular noodles and company August 21 at around 2 pm. We came in and was greeted haphazardly by a young man. He was spaced out, was having trouble taking our order and was soon replaced by a young lady who helped put our orders in. The young lady brought out our food. Everything was fine up until my kids needed to use the rest room. I went into the rest room and saw there was no toilet paper. I asked the spaced out young man and another male co worker he was talking to, for toilet paper. They both disappear into the back never to be seen again. 5 mins later .....My child really needed to go so I grabbed napkins and took her. When we went to wash our hands...guess what? there was no soap. When I came out my friend proceeded to tell me she had walk back up to the counter and ask the same two space cadets for toilet paper again. And they looked at her like she was crazy. So I decided to ask for the manager so I could address the lack of attention....well turns out one of the two I had asked for toilet paper was the manager. And instead of taking responsibility he proceeded to put all the blame on the young lady that took our order (this young lady, by the way, was doing all the cleaning and order taking....... she was actually working) "uhh i just got here, it's her fault" is what the manager said as he points to the young lady who is taking an order at that time. That was a lie. That manager was there before we got our food. Not to mention i straight up asked him and his minion for tiolet paper....he was too busy chatting with space cadet 1 and doing a whole lot of nothing. Both BOYS were un professional.... they both had their ear buds in and phones in hand and were basically acting like they were on break, hanging out. The manager needs a good lesson in customer service and work ethic because he has neither..... and that goes for that space cadet as well. I've never seen such lazy kids/employees in my life.
Update: the owner says they'd like to connect. I used the link provided and filled out the survey. No one contacted me. Safe to say that this fell on deaf ears. Find another place to eat. It's not worth the hassle...
Read moreThe staff working at this place tonight are ignorant, disrespectful, and borderline rude. I ordered 5 items to go. When the girl have me the bag, it felt light so I checked and turns out there are only 4 items. The missing item was the pesto cavatapi. When I asked for my 5th order, I'm told that they ran out off cavatapi. So, they were going to send me on my way without all the food that I paid for without telling me they ran out of stuff?!!!
One of the staff asked the rest of the girls what they can substitute instead of cavatapi, they said anything else but that, so I chose the egg noodles thinking it's close enough. Then, I'm told they're out of that as well. But actually they didn't tell me directly but instead they talked to one another in front of me as if I wasn't standing right there. Frustrated, I told all of them to talk to me, not over me to each other, and tell me once again what they can recommend as a substitute noodles. They started saying things from ramen to udon to spaghetti. Really? And you're in the food business? How the heck would any of those things be equivalent to cavatapi noodles?
I then asked for my refund for that order, but they couldn't figure out how to do that either!!!! And then all of a sudden one of them brought to me what looks to be leftover egg noodles over cooked in pesto sauce flipped up side down with what looks to be pieces of chicken underneath. I took it just so I could leave that place before I feel like...
Read moreThe salads are good, but the reason to come here is comfort food: A big bowl of noodles! You'll leave feeling full and happy after just about anything from the Noodle side of the menu, not to disrespect the & Company.
The simple stuff is done right, as evidenced by their macaroni and cheese. That is great on its own, or you can jazz it up by adding bacon or one of the signature toppings like the barbecue pork and crispy jalapeno pictured.
If your comfort food craving has an international tint, there are Mediterranean and Asian inspired dishes too. (And Stroganoff, which my mother always said was Russian but that might have been cold war paranoia.) These dishes are all tasty, and you can taste the inspiration even though you won't close your eyes and think you're in an authentic Italian restaurant or Thai place.
The only dish I haven't been fond of was the Spicy Chipotle Adobo Pork. To me the taste was muddied by too much going on. I'm sure it has fans, but I am not among them.
If you really bring an appetite the sides and shareables are worth it. The tomato bisque is great, and I've been known to just get a large size of the Korean meatballs and eat those...
