Iām a mom, Iām sure everyone is familiar with target/Starbucks moms at this point, so I looked forward to our weekly target trips as well as the other stores in the fair lakes shopping center but target especially with my 11 month old son and husband. After our shopping trip and checking out, we made our way to the Starbucksāāthe line was long but I figured they were just busy and didnāt mind it much. My husband was holding our son by the chairs and tables, when I got to the female Starbucks cashier, she took my order, a frappe and a cake pop for my son, she asked me what flavor and I told her cookies and cream, she didnāt tell me my total, she just started arguing with the barista, Iām assuming the barista was either her boyfriend or ex boyfriend but they were constantly bickering and she was being extremely rude to him and projecting so much attitude. I asked her my total and she told me and then continued arguing with the barista. My stomach started to churn because it was so awkward, I then walked over to where we get pick up our drink ordersā-the cashier was still bickering with the barista, ignoring the next customer in line. I asked my husband to come standby me because it was making me extremely uncomfortable. Then the barista gave me my drink and I asked for my cake pop for my son and then the cashier had the nerve to say I never ordered one but to give me one anyway. I was even shocked by that because she even asked me what flavor we wanted and she replied āwell you got it, so goā and then CONTINUED TO BICKER WITH THE BARISTA. Worst customer service, extremely unprofessional, and was a really hostile environment. Donāt date your coworkers, or if you do at least keep it professional. I was absolutely disgusted by the attitude the cashier...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI so badly want to love this store it's Target & they have everything I need but I'm so over the way the employees treat the customers at this location. There are days where you get a few of them who are nice & helpful but majority of the time it's just straight attitude. I'm also over being watched like a hawk when checking out or simply looking at items. The employees don't follow the teens coming in stealing makeup & whatever they can easily take or the Mom with the stroller who walked out with items UNDER the stroller without paying but instead they watch those of us actually paying or shopping š Don't expect a basic greeting either. Instead you'll be looked at like "what are you doing here?!" I agree with the other lower rated reviews about the long line for self check out. There were a total of 3 women standing at the self check out at 3PM on 3/14/2022 directing people when to go to the machines & watching as if you were about to run out with your items. The short lady with pink hair was so obvious that I almost lost it on her. My entire family has watched far too many people walk in, steal & leave without a single person watching them while we get followed by the employees when obviously shopping. There are plenty of registers but maybe 2-3 open so you're forced to stand in the long self check out line if you don't want to wait for a cashier to finish with their long line. Like I said before, I want to love this Target but there are way better Target's in the area. Love how inclusive Target wants to be but yet they still can't stop with the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had no issue at this Target location before. The cashier name, Linda was rude and did not want to help us at all. I carefully asked her while she finished scanning my items, I kindly asked her if my phone number was input and applied for the discount. She said she does not know and giving us an bad attitude. I carefully and nicely again asked her that I liked to know if my phone number got through well, she showed her attitude again and did not want to help me further. I never felt this bad at this Target location. It seems like I did something wrong and I should had keep quiet and follow her role. And she also smashed our items to the convey belt. She was bossy and did not want to listen and let things go. Managers should train employee better. I am writing this, because this kind of thing should not happen to anyone. She might thought we did not speak English at all and it was find if she treat us bad, because we do not understand. I was little loud because she was rude to us first and showed her bad attitude. I am hoping she should learn some lesson here. If you are in customer service, you should be a good listener and have to treat people equally. I wish I don't see her anymore. It was a very humiliating experience, specially in front of my daughter. Managers! Please do...
