Came here today around 2pm with my husband and daughter. Horrible customer service at check out. We usually just shop online or go to the Tyson’s corner location and the young Asian woman with medium length dark brown hair standing next to an Asian man with hair tied back into a pony tail, she was very rude, rolled her eyes at us and made a sigh sound like we were annoying because we weren’t familiar with this locations check out process. Instead of greeting us properly and being welcoming she gave us an attitude and walked away like she was annoyed with us? Excuse me for interrupting your conversation and hang out time. I didn’t know Uniqlo needs sales associates to stand around to talk instead of helping customers. You might as well not have any sales associates at all then if everything is not hands on and customers annoy you. She immediately walked away when she can tell I wasn’t okay with her attitude and the young man helped us instead but wow we are never going to this location ever again. This is exactly why customers prefer online shopping to avoid poor customer service and bad experiences like this. Just imagine if it was an older person who isn’t big on technology. Would you treat your own parents or grandparents this way? For a good brand, you need good employees and...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of Uniqlo ever since the store opened in our area. The store is usually well-stocked with a great selection of clothes for the whole family, and we’ve enjoyed shopping here frequently.
However, my recent experience with the store manager was extremely disappointing and changed my perception of the brand. When I tried to return or exchange an item, I was met with an unwelcoming and unprofessional attitude. The manager was unfriendly, dismissive, and acted as though customer satisfaction didn’t matter. It felt as if she believed she owned the place and could treat people however she wanted.
Unfortunately, I’ve heard others in the community share similar negative experiences. It’s a shame, because I really do like Uniqlo’s products — but customer service matters, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Sadly, I won’t be shopping at this...
Read moreI love uniqlo and honestly this location is lovely and all of the people working were very helpful and nice. Everyone except the manager, the guy wearing a mask. I came to ask if I could get my uniqlo jeans altered that I bought in the UK, the same style was also sold at this store. Firstly, he would not look up at me, he was angry and rude. He kept cutting off the person helping me and saying they only do uniqlo alterations. Once we clarified it IS A uniqlo product he said "NO we don't do alterations from other countries bc size differences." Well on the Uniqlo policy that I attached, they clearly state they do alterations on uniqlo items from ANY country. So he literally made that up so I would leave. I don't live an area with uniqlo, so I try to go when ever I get a chance. This was such a horrible experience I feel terrible for the people working under...
