Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ceres

The latest review saying the restaurant is clean is an absolute joke and I’ve never had pizza that looks like that from Little Caesars. The restaurant isn’t clean at all and the pizza is horrible! It’s never cooked enough. It’s thin, barely cooked and soggy. The app will say your pizza is ready but it’s not. They must have a time frame to get their pizzas made and picked up and that’s why they will say it’s ready. You have to wait twenty minutes for them to make another pizza because they messed up or they try to pawn off a “hot n ready” pizza to you which isn’t hot and it looks like it’s been sitting for some time. The employees could care less about making quality pizza which is a reflection on the horrible store manager they have. I definitely won’t be giving this Little Caesars another chance. Completely unresponsive staff, I don’t understand how y’all can have a bunch of children running this place on a Friday night. Throwing receipts on the floor, guy sitting on counter on his phone so customers waiting can watch & girl next to him just ignoring anyone at the counter. Told 15-20min then went in & they told us 15 more minutes. No customer service poor location to have little kids working this place on a weekend. 9:00pm look at the cameras if this sounds unbelievable. Ordered online. Supposed to be ready at 5:54. At 6:00 was told they were still waiting for 1 to come out. Once it was done at 6:05 the guy put them in the keeper where you put the code in to pick up and looked at me and said "there". I asked him why not just hand them to me and his response was "I don't know, didn't think about it".
