McDonald's — Restaurant in Ceres

This location's drive-thru has quickly been going down-hill over the past year or so. My last 4 consecutive experiences here have been terrible. First bad experience, they forgot to give me an item (I was 1 of maybe 2 or 3 cars in the drive-thru and there was no one inside - so no, they weren't busy). The next time I used the drive-thru, I remembered the prior experience so I made sure to count the items before leaving. 1, 2, 3, 4 items - sure enough they gave me everything! I get home...and one of the McChicken sandwiches does not have the chicken patty in it. They gave me a McChicken sandwich but held the chicken. The third time I went just for a Mcflurry - I was pretty annoyed by them because of the last 2 experiences, but it was hot and a Mcflurry sounded great. A young woman hands me the Mcflurry, with caramel pouring down the side of the cup. I politely asked her if she could please wipe off the caramel dripping down the side of the cup and she says "Oh....you want me to wipe it?" Though there's nothing I love more than cleaning caramel an inch deep out of my cup holders - seriously, I get off on it - I decided to save myself the time and answered "Yes, please." The young lady takes the cup, smears the caramel around a bit and then hands it back. Now frustrated, I ask her for napkins so that I can do it myself before leaving and she stares at me and says "....you want more napkins?" lolllllllll. Today my wife used the drive-thru to pick up dinner, because I now refuse to interact with these young prodigies. The first thing I hear when my wife gets home..."They forgot your cheeseburger." LOLLLL. I've given them plenty of chances, but I won't be spending another cent in this place. Unless you're a glutton for punishment, I advise you...

Review for McDonald’s #12470 – Ceres, CA

I recently visited this location and was once again disappointed by the service and quality. I ordered a Happy Meal (ketchup and cheese only, extra fries, bottle of water), a double cheeseburger (plain), a regular McDouble, a hot and spicy McChicken (no lettuce), and a medium fry. The total came out to $20.11. I handed the manager at the drive-thru window $25.11, but she only gave me a receipt—no change. When I pointed out the error and showed her that I was due $5, she denied it and gave me attitude before finally handing me the correct change without a word.

As for the food: the McChicken had lettuce despite my request, and the McDouble had ketchup, cheese, and onions—but no mustard or pickles. The burgers were sloppily assembled, with ketchup smeared all over the outside of the buns. This has been a consistent issue every time I visit this location. The food is messy, poorly made, and the staff often come across as impatient and dismissive.

It’s frustrating to see this level of carelessness, especially when customers expect basic courtesy, accuracy, and cleanliness—qualities that should be standard, even in fast food. It seems like the lack of accountability and professionalism starts with the management. I hope this location takes steps to improve both its service and food...

Pretty much have received bad service at just about every McDonald's! Incorrect 9rders given to me, the food had bites taken out of it either by the cook or whoever packaged it several times at different locations which I had to go back and I was met with "O really" and they did not believe me. Preparation took a long time either in our out in drive thru. Prices rising however the food is not much better. They state their giving 100% beef I really don't see that much difference. Let us is wilted at just about every location salads do not taste well and their skimpy on giving any dressing if you get dressing for your salad. Or to ring is difficult as just about every location not one of them could understand anything that I said or the cars in front of me or in back of me. People had to constantly correct the person taking the order when you get to the window and you receive your order usually most of it is either not there or at times have been bitten off of by whoever packaged it are cooked it. Whenever you go to say something to a manager you are met with attitude no matter what the location is. People they're obviously do not like working there as they never smile you are not greeted properly nor given a smile. Again this is not at just one location I am talking about probably every location I have ever been to at...
