After hours of dancing the night before, and running errands involving the rental house & wireless phone problems, I was like a truck running on 20 thousand mile old motor oil. Stuck in second gear & being at Los Cerritos Center, I checked out the various cafes and decided upon ye ol' Starbucks, as they now serve nitro cold brew, straight from the tap.

Cold Foam Cascara Nitro brew (grande)- Going back & forth inbetween the Cold Foam Dark Cocoa Nitro & the Cold Foam Cascara Nitro, I decided on Cascara based on the recommendation of the cashier. The grande Cascara has 18 grams of sugar, but I couldn't tell when I drank it. The nitrogenated drink was cold and smooth, with a faint hint of bitterness. For my taste, the Cascara could've had more fizz, as that's what I prefer. I also buck the trend of how to drink nitro cold brew, by adding a little half & half and mixing ice on the side.

Service was good. The lines at the Los Cerritos Center can get quite long, but the 2 cashiers were quick & efficient in taking orders & making the line move. Minimal seating, this location is more a grab n' go. I was a little perturbed when I didn't see any powdered vanilla, cinnamon & chocolate at the condiment area. I'm unsure as to whether it's Starbucks' policy not to have them there anymore & have the baristas add those accoutrements, instead.

Rejuvenated! Cold Foam Cascara Nitro did the trick! While not as bubbly as I would like, the Cascara, nevertheless, was refreshing and a pleasing beverage. Being sorta cramped, this Starbucks location does it's best to deal with the long lines of customers. I'd hope the staff would put out the shakers of vanilla, cinnamon & chocolate again, for people to customize their drinks as they'd prefer. But, overall, this place is...

Employees were very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Cookie Crumble and chocolate chip cookie. About 15 minutes passed until I noticed that they finished making my drink a long time ago. They never called my name and the whole time my drink was just sitting somewhere. I grabbed my drink, but noticed that my cookie wasn't there, I asked them about it but they looked at me confused and walked away. I then went to ask a different employee and they said they'll go get it. About 5 minutes passed, still no cookie. I saw the same employee again and asked them where my cookie was, they looked at me and ignored me so I asked the same question louder. Another employee came up to me and told me what the problem was and I told them I need my cookie. The employee nodded their head and walked away. I'm still standing here waiting for like another 5 minutes until finally they came back to give me my cookie. I've ordered this same thing at different Starbucks and I never had this problem. I placed a mobile order today considering it’s a Saturday and a lot of people are there. I came back a couple minutes after the estimated time and after about 5 min the girl called out my name saying mobile order ready. I went up and no drinks were there. About 10 min later my sister went up and politely asked and a guy gave attitude and said to wait because he’s calling out other drinks. We were confused because the girl had called my name, but we figured it’s busy we can wait. They began calling orders for people who were there after us and it felt like they weren’t giving us our drinks on purpose because we asked.
