Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Cerritos

I don’t know why but I was really craving a burrito from Chipotle recently. I honestly couldn’t remember the last time that I had one, I feel like it’s been years. I decided to come to this store cause it was the closest one and the one with the best reviews.

The line wasn’t very long when I came in thankfully. There were two people ahead of me and in less than five minutes, I was placing my order. I had a pretty standard chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, cheese, veggie fajitas, red salsa and the chili corn. I was honestly worried that they wouldn’t put a lot of chicken in my burrito. I hear all kinds of stories about the workers at Chipotle skimping out on the portion but I feel like they gave me a pretty big spoonful of chicken, enough so that I had chicken in every bite of my burrito. I also liked how the burrito didn’t fall apart on me lol, something that was common before. The burrito was great overall and I was really satisfied with my choice in coming here.

I didn’t dine in so I can’t say much about the atmosphere but it looked clean and there was a lot of people eating inside the restaurant. The workers were also really respectful and not rude at all, contrary to what a lot of these...

Made an app order with a BOGO promo I redeemed. My customized burritos bowl consisted of half carne asada, half carnitas, white rice, half black beans, half pinto beans, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, tomatillo-green chili salsa, sour cream, cheese & romaine lettuce. Arrived early, and received my order 5 minutes past the estimated time.

Carne asada & carnitas burrito bowls- A lot of food, Chipotle's burrito bowl is. Did they tantalize the tastebuds? Did they scintillate the senses? No. However, the burrito bowls are filling, and the BOGO offer is a great deal. Possibly if the food was served piping hot, the bowls could've packed more punch.

Service was good. A 5 minute wait past the estimated time was within reason. The dining area was clean. Chipotle Mexican Grill is located on the eastside of Los Cerritos Center, adjacent to Macy's.

Would I patronize Chipotle without a promo? Probably not. There are a plethora of Mexican eateries to choose from, with bold flavors & cheaper prices. But, a BOGO promo is hard to pass up, and a large amount of food is...

Just left the chipotle at Cerritos mall. I was waiting in line with three other customers. One employee was helping a customer and he appeared to be on a iPad. It looked like they were calling another business. After 10 minutes of waiting, the employee told that customer that they were not answering the phone, but they’re pretty sure that they have “Chicken”. So then I asked, does that mean you guys don’t have any chicken? He replied our grill broke down earlier in the day and we have no protein. After 10 minutes of waiting, he could’ve easily told everybody that were waiting in line that they had no protein. Instead he made us all wait and if I wasn’t for me asking a question he never would’ve told any of us. Horrible service guys go somewhere else to...
