Aunt Kim's Gluten Free Bakery — Restaurant in Chadds Ford Township

I'd give Aunt Kim's 10 stars if I could! I've tried many gluten free baked goods over the past 13 years and she blows them all away. Her Jewish apple cake is amazing. So soft and light that you would never suspect it is not only gluten free but dairy free too. All 4 of my very picky kids loved at least a couple of her treats which I think is a first for us. The pretzel bites make this philly native so happy. Gluten free Pretzels don't usually taste anything like a real philly pretzel but Aunt Kim managed to do just that somehow! Anyone gluten free should definitely check out Aunt Kim's and make sure to call ahead to ensure you can get some Pretzels. Not only is the food amazing but Aunt Kim is so nice and helpful. The bakery is cute and has some nice seating if you want to enjoy your treats right away. The prices are not outrageous. Gluten free is always more expensive but Aunt Kim's are definitely the most reasonable I've seen at a gluten...

Been passing by this area a lot and stopping at this bakery when its open since work has been bringing me nearby. I absolutely love this place. I'm a big fan of citrus flavors in desserts and since getting Celiac its hard to find anything at all never mind what you want exactly. They make a lemon pound cake that has always been available when i stop in. Their crumb cakes and bundt cakes are excellent. I met Kim the owner on my most recent visit and she is a truly delightful person to interact with, its too bad i wasn't there on my own time. I want to see more of this town and try more of this shops products. Will be a regular stop for me...

They have cinnamon rolls!! And scones!! I'm so excited to have a gluten free bakery storefront close by. The cinnamon rolls were amazing - it's been years since I've had one and it really hit the spot. Also, the lemon blueberry scone was incredible and had a really good texture (not too dry or too dense like some gluten free baked goods can be.) I haven't tried the lemon pound cake, but I'm so excited to have it to try next.
