Pat & Carla's I — Restaurant in Chambersburg

Never ate here before a family member said to try. We called ahead a got take out. They said 20 min so it took longer than 20 min to get food. More like 30 to 45 min. They could not find our order, finally did and said they were working on it. In the meantime an older man was there sitting and mind his own business and he accidentally spilled his drink all over the floor. Now this man had a cane and was old. The 1 waitress name Tammy was working, rude very rude, unprofessional and down right a b....was yelling and being so inappropriate to this older man. He kept apologizing to everyone. Everyone kept saying it is ok. It happens, but the waitress Tammy kept it up and made the other waitresses clean it up. Then on top of that she said get a mop clean this up. The old man said he wanted another drink and she said NO he may not have another and said that know one was aloud to give him one. Poor guy. So I got down and started to help clean the mess up and then she walks through and says, see I just fell. Well hello you saw that it was wet. Duh. Just tried to fall on purpose. I will not eat there again till she is gone. Food was delicious and hot. And was filling. Other than that. I wanted to give it 5 stars not happening with...

Wanted to place and order for delivery at Pat and Carla’s I because they are open until 11pm and it was 9:28. They told me they wouldn’t take my order because I was closer to Pat and Carla’s III and I had to order with them. I verified that Pat and Carla’s III closed in 2 mins and that I didn’t think they would even take a delivery order at that time anyway as most places stop deliveries roughly 15-30 mins before they close, the woman on the phone told me “well you have 2 mins I can give you their phone number” I felt that it was extremely rude to tell me to call somewhere else to order when by the time I was off the phone it was already 9:30 anyway and essentially she didn’t care that the place closest to me was nearly closed. Not to mention I live less than a mile from them and she told me delivery radius is 5 miles. So instead of taking my order and making the sale neither Pat and Carla’s got the order. Not great customer service and rude to not only me and my family but to the employees who work at Pat and Carla’s III who would have been about to leave if I had called to order. Oh and I’ve definitely gotten deliveries from there before after p&c III was closed, with no issues so this...

BLUF: I would not recommend. I took the recommendation of a friend and got food from this restaurant. I got a fettuccine alfredo w/ chicken & a philly cheesesteak(loaded) stromboli. Both were ready in a decent amount of time, were hot and smelled good. Then I took a bite & was severely disappointed. I shall start with the stromboli, it's a huge meal (which is good, means leftovers) but it was bland. The ricotta cheese and meat was unseasoned. The green peppers were only in one-third of the stromboli and there was no cheddar cheese. I also did not like the tomato sauce they gave for dipping. It was also very bland. This was definitely not the meal I was hoping for. Next I tried the chicken Alfredo. The dish was very creamy and the chicken chunks are a good size. But once again the taste is bland. The chicken was overcooked and very tough. Many of the pieces had gristle and we're difficult to chew. Once again the entire dish was unseasoned. I was so disappointed, again! Neither dish was great and my husband and I agreed we would not get food from here again. The cons outweighed the pros on this meal. If you get a meal from here add your own seasoning, hopefully...
