I ordered a special Mariokart birthday cake for my son’s 13th birthday. Immediately after ordering I was contacted by the store and informed that they did not have the toy for the design but that they could still make the cake. I was told that the cost of the toy would be refunded to me. This was never refunded. In addition the cake that I received barely resembled the cake that is advertised on the website. Upon noticing this I called the store and was told that I would have to call back in the morning to speak to a manager. Subsequently, I called the store 4 times asking for the manger and was hung up on each time. This store has a documented history of defrauding consumers and being excessively rude and disrespectful to its customers. Update: I received this response from Baskin-Robbins headquarters but no one has rectified the situation.

Read moreI visited this location on today and if I could give a negative 0 I would. This young lady was sweeping the floor then put the broom away. She then asked if I was ready. I said yes very hesitantly due to the fact she never washed her hands. She never moved as if I didn’t reply then a few moments later she asked again are you ready I replied yes then asked as she prepared to fix what I desired are you going to wash your hands after sweeping the floor,and now wiping your hands on your face. She got an attitude and said to the other staff member she going to ask me if I’m going to wash my hand. The other staff member said really is she serious. The staff has to be the nastiest people that can work in any restaurant. The very reason I dislike going in some of theses store!!! I hope the owner takes a better look at the people serving there...

They started vomiting with headaches. More than 3 children and two adults star to feel bad I went through the worst pain I have ever had.
