McDonald's — Restaurant in Chamblee

The young lady that took my order told me what drinks I could have base upon what she could ring up that showed lack of experience immediately. Paid for order went to pick up order at next window to find that the order was input incorrectly. Upon reaching my destination realize the wrong meal was given. Called back to the restuarant spoke with a manager explain what occured name was taken down to get the meal that was ordered. Arrived the next day got meal once explaining to the manager on duty name was left in the office from night manager for meal replacement. I gave it ok stars becasue the night manager did compensate for the error and was able to pick up meal the next day. New hires should be train before being place on drive thru. A customer should never be told what they have to order becasue someone doesnt know how to work the cash register/input an order. A worker should not exhibit frustration becasue they're unsure how to ring up an order and take it out on customer. Management handle...

Every McDonald's is different yet Stanley the same. Went here in the way to the Ronald McDonald House. Got two quarter pounder meals and one cheese burger happy meal. The food was ok nothing great. But the service was horrid. The gentleman at the front counter wasn't rude exactly but did not make me feel welcome. There was a gentleman in front of my with two children. The cashier was nice polite and friendly as soon as I got to counter he became stand offish and rigid. He walked the food to the gentleman in front of me as soon as it was put up on counter. My food sat there for maybe 10 minutes while he walked back and forth doing odds and ends things. The manager walked in from outside and noticed my food and asked why it was still sitting there then he gingerly picked up the food and called my number. I don't know why the attitude but it made me feel some type of way. Would not visit again if I saw him behind...

My review is very late but THIS MCDONALDS HERE , is the best McDonalds in the city , this and the one about 8 minutes away from it by Kroger (unless this is the one by Kroger making it the one by bp) , but either way..you ask for your food fresh , it will be nothing less than. I’ve even forgotten to ask and still fresh and hot. When I want to spend my money somewhere I know that I will get fresh hot , perfect food , I will go to this McDonald’s, I live in downtown atl so it’s about 20 minutes from me but it’s a trip I don’t ever mind taking to avoid money wasted and horrible customer service. As other reviewers stated, whoever is running this establishment must not ever leave and should continue keeping up the great work, it almost feels like they could both be run by the same person or group or person but either way 10/1 0 for me every...
