I just read a review that mirrored my most recent experience at this Arby's. Pulled up to the drive-through. A voice gave me the typical fast-food spiel and told me to order when I was ready. I ordered. Silence. I waited a little while and asked if they heard my order. Silence. I pull up to the window. They were closed.
I'm giving them a four-star review because I've eaten there many times and the food is always good. When I eat inside the dining room is so spotless it almost looks brand-new and the employees are always polite and very good at their jobs.

I always get the same thing so I know what’s fresh and what’s not. I’m extremely disappointed and don’t recommend anyone go there. The shift manger was extremely rude and flat out lied saying that my...
