Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Champaign

I would STRONGLY ADVISE you to go elsewhere. The store manager has a bad attitude and don't know how to speak to customers. I called and ask about being a potential employee and asked for applications and or if there was any open position. His response.....we are busy call back...click (hung up). It's how he said it. Also I know every establishment gets busy. But if you as the S.M. didn't want to speak or if YOU was busy I would expect the attitude from your employees, not you. Also I told this imbred, incompetent Store Manager, that is Not how You speak to people especially to someone who is paying you your paycheck. If I was the D.M. and perform a cold call around to little and heard this I would fired his ass...no doubt. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. Tell location on Mattis is much better. Also I'm waiting to heard back from the office that location is owned by. Also this tells me about his understand and knowledge.....I ask him what his store location number, he given the address. I never leave a review but I honestly don't know how there are any 5 star reviews, they must be from friends. The pizza is absolutely terrible. Mine was underbaked and inedible with barely any cheese or toppings I paid for. I had to throw it in the trash. How is your job to make pizza and you literally fail at it? The woman manager was so rude to not just me, her employees as well. I heard her talking down to someone so bad I should have walked out right then. Then she was rude to me and made me feel like i shouldnt have walked in because i was asian. I would try to contact a supervisor but seeing other 1 star reviews and nothing clearly changing they obviously condone this place failing. It's a joke. Spend your money literally anywhere else but here. And to top it off, one of the employees reeked of alcohol. I wouldn't feel safe stepping foot here again. I visit this Neil Located Today Around 12noon between 1pm, I order a pepperoni pizza with wings it took a long time before I order because no one was in front of the store to take my order when she finally came to take my order she was very Unprofessional when she took my order she was rude also lack of Customer Service Skills When my order was ready she came me my food in a dirty pizza box I ask her can she clean off the box or put my pizza in a new box She replied it's napkins in the lobby clean it off yourself it's only garlic from your wings I didn't urge with her I clean off the box with napkins and left I will never return the pizza was half done and messy made the wings were under bake in the oven I would appreciate a refund if possible Money is hard to come around and for me to be treated this way, I am a Unsatisfied customer who work hard for my money.
