❌ Horrible Customer Service – Rude and Disrespectful Front Desk! ❌

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Sushi Man. The front desk staff was unprofessional, rude, and even made offensive remarks toward customers. Their attitude was completely unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable.

A restaurant should create a welcoming environment, but instead, I was met with hostility and disrespect. No matter how good the food might be, terrible service like this ruins the entire experience!

1. They let you add or remove anything. Some cost an extra $1 to add but it’s well worth it. Most places don’t even give you that option, especially via delivery app. They took the time and I appreciate that.

2. THE PRICES ARE AMAZING. You get plenty for the price, too.

3. Their sauces are available to order on the side. The mango and eel sauces are awesome.

4. Everything was packaged very well for delivery. You can tell they took the time to select the right containers for the job.

I cannot write a good enough review here. It was NYE, I had worked a full day and was trying my best to fulfill my tradition with my wife of a sushi dinner on NYE, 4 years running now. Not only was Sushi Man the only place that would take my order, they absolutely knocked everything out of the park. From the customer service to the food. I even did a chef's choice option and was rewarded with a beautiful tricolor sashimi. The chefs are professionals and all the staff seems warm, welcoming, and a solid addition to the city.
