I have gone to quite a few different places in the Champaign-Urbana area, and I am sick of having to go pay to get another hair cut somewhere else because they botch it the first time. I saw this place online and decided to give it a try. They were very friendly, and the service was great. He really took his time to make my hair look just right. I gave him an extremely vague idea of what I wanted it to look like, and he managed to get it spot on. I would recommend this place to anyone who is tired of botched hair cuts from the other places in town, or anyone who wants to try a new hair style and wants someone skilled to do it for them. This is by far the best place to get a haircut in the C-U area. I have tried 6-7 other places and this one is just perfect for me. Dennis is fantastic with his work and I’ve been going here for the past 2 years. I really appreciate the amount of effort he puts into his work to make sure you feel good about the haircut. His attention to detail is admirable and deserves all the praise. If and when I move out of C-U, I would definitely come back to get my hair done here whenever I visit later on. Firstly even after a reservation had to wait 45 mins over time. Even though the barber spent hours giving the shade and fade required it grew back in just a couple of days. Didn’t get satisfied with the cut and used razor for front hair without asking. Additionally got dermatitis issue post the cut, idk maybe because of some or other uncleaned equipment.
