Jurassic Grill Champaign — Restaurant in Champaign

This place comes to my job Rivian as a food truck. Which is pretty cool considering I’ve never worked somewhere that offers this for their employees.

My complaint is: this company, these 3-4 guys that runs the food truck are incompetent asf….

I’ve had them twice @ my job rivian & each time they have gotten my order wrong. Recently, as of yesterday. They took 40mins to fix my order, mind you I was on a 30min lunch. Obviously Their grill was not working properly, so instead of refunding the 25 paid customers standing there waiting to receive their order. They were randomly just giving us random bags that some else ordered.

Rivian employees if you eat @ this food truck be prepared for your order to be WRONG or better yet DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BAG IT COULD SOMEONE ELSES ORDER YOUR GETTING!!!!

Covid 19 routines: They offer take-out but no instore dining. Parking can be a bit challenging in this little town, I found parking around the block by the train tracks.

General review: Jurassic grill is a great product when Mexican meets American Burgers. Its nice and tastes like the homemade burger your uncle makes. They do grill them right in front of you. Finding the menu may be a bit confusing online so I posted pics. They have jarrito drinks, and agua de horchata. I wonder what made them this "Jurassic Grill" but its a cute environment with cool...

Food was delicious and it was small and quaint. It looked like an over grown jungle which goes with the Jurassic theme. I will say that if you are looking for or were looking for the "Empanada House", it's the same place. So it likes a burger joint with empanadas which is pretty good in my opinion. Reason why I rated 4 was solely on one thing, the restrooms. You essentially went into the back behind the kitchen to be able to access them. But that's all, really enjoyed...
