IN-N-DOUBT BURGER- This restaurant is pure chaos that could and should be better managed. The chief complaint this time - I was forgotten (not the first time). SERVICE - The wait wasn't unusual, my order was simple, a number 1. After they were seven numbers past mine, I requested assistance. The first employee I politely approached understood the issue, promised to fix it, but became distracted and rejoined the chaos. The second employee initially did everything they could to ignore me, so I had to make myself heard. That did the trick. It quickly became obvious they had forgotten my order; it got lost in the unmanaged chaos. Upon handing me my order, the apology consisted of, "We don't serve our guests in the order of the customer number." An "I'm sorry about the wait, confusion, over-sight: would have sufficed, instead I receive an inaccurate unsolicited explanation for THEIR incompetence. So ... ONE STAR - please do better! FOOD - food tastes bad when the primary ingredients are frustration and dissatisfaction exacerbated by the unmanaged chaos. So ... ONE STAR. ATMOSPHERE - The chaos consists of unmanaged lines, food preparation bottlenecks, empty tables ladened with the garbage of recently departed dine-in customers who decided to leave their mess because the garbage cans aren't accessible due to all the patrons waiting for their orders. The parking lot is best described as a hazard and needed more attention than the inside of the restaurant. I'm glad I did not enter the unimaginable mess and chaos that no doubt the bathrooms would have been in. So ... ONE STAR - organize and clean the whole place up. It can be a great product, I have given 5 stars in the past, so what's changed? In my opinion, MANAGEMENT. This store KNOWS how to properly manage chaos and train employees. I've seen this restaurant perform at 5 star levels in the past. I've seen a manager or shift leader organizing the waiting area while calling out customer numbers. This time: chaos ... no management. IN-N-OUT BURGERS makes great food and delivers great service, IN-N-DOUBT was what I got. Being forgotten ruins the whole FOOD, SERVICE, and ATMOSPHERE. I'll come back and I'll rate you again; for the sake of a great place to eat lunch, I hope you...

If there's one place on this planet that knows how to turn burger cravings into pure happiness, it's In-N-Out. I mean, they should rename it "In-N-Joy" because that's exactly what you'll experience!
Picture this: you walk into In-N-Out, and suddenly, the aroma of sizzling patties and toasted buns wraps you in a warm, burger-loving hug. It's like entering a burger lover's paradise, where every bite feels like a high-five to your taste buds.
Now, let's talk about the menu. It's simple yet oh-so-genius. You've got your classics like the Double-Double, Animal Style fries (cue the drooling), and shakes that are thicker than a plot twist in a mystery novel.
But here's where In-N-Out becomes a culinary superhero – the secret menu. Ever tried a "Flying Dutchman"? It's not a superhero, but it might just save your hunger woes with its cheesy, meaty goodness.
And can we talk about the "spread" sauce? It's so good; I'm convinced it could make cardboard taste like gourmet cuisine. Seriously, I'd put that stuff on everything if I could.
But the real star of the show? The employees. They're like burger wizards, whipping up deliciousness with a side of smiles faster than you can say "extra pickles, please!"
In-N-Out isn't just a burger joint; it's a beacon of hope for hungry souls everywhere. So, if you're craving a taste of burger paradise, hop on over to In-N-Out and let the burger...
Read moreI believe In-n-Out is the best fast food burger restaurant chain. Regardless of location, the staff is friendly and polite unlike most other fast food restaurants where the staff seem to hate their jobs. Perhaps its due to the simple menu, but I can't think of a time my order has ever been wrong at In-n-Out, a problem commonplace to other fast food restaurants. I wouldn’t say they're slower than other fast food but, because they're so popular, the lines tend to be long so getting "in and out" quickly is a bit slower than other fast food. It's hard to ding then for that though because the only way I can think of to speed it up is to attract fewer customers (raise prices? lower quality?). The prices are competitive for the quality. The not so "secret" menu also has some tasty options for more variety. My favorite is add chili's and grilled onion (as opposed to raw). The frys are great, just make sure you eat them while still warm (which can be hard to do if long drive). Lastly keeping the traditional 50s look is a great nod to the WW2 burger restaurant boom (from when...
