Walked in Sunday, August 17, 2025. Jessica the cashier is at the register, I present my app for her to scan the new customer 50% off drink (New customer) I donât go to coffee shops but I had about $50 in gift cards that I added to the app that were given to me. Never had that app on my phone my entire life. But there were three separate gift cards that I had added and I wanted to use them in a specific order. I then asked her how do I bring up the barcode on a gift card on the app and her response was I donât know I donât have the app the app is not associated with the stores. I said they absolutely are why would a company have an app correlated to the store and be associated with each other? Her answer was they are not they are separate. I then ask her can you please ask a coworker that may have the app on their phone how to do it her answer was none of us have the app on our phone none of us know how to do it we canât tell you how to use the app! I said people who work for a company probably 90% of them use the companies rewards app whether she did it or not is one thing it wouldnât have killed her to ask another coworker! Then she says though your gift cards are on the app and I said yes and she proceeded to use them from the register. I then said why did you do that I had specific cards I wanted to use first she said oh Iâm sorry itâs early in the morning no I was asking specifically the barcode aspect so that I could use specific gift cards. But then if the app and the store has zero to do with each other how is she able to use my gift card that is on my app without scanning the barcode because they are correlated! Yeah did I get nasty absolutely customer service is going And I have been in the customer service food service retail industry for 25 years. If not more than this girlâs been alive in years then pretty close to it. What employees Donât seem to realize nowadays especially the younger ones that the customers are the people that are providing their paychecks by coming in and buying the things that these companies are offering. I then asked the person that was making the drinks the store managerâs name and I proceeded to Google asking Google in two different ways if the company correlates and works in partnership with the app and then the next one are the app and the physical stores separate and have nothing to do with each other both of which came back they absolutely work together. I will add those photos. Then I said to the employee that was making drinks if somebody didnât want to do their job they should at least own it but to lie to a customer and say that they work for the company and thatâs not how it works as if Iâve never worked in food retail retail or any job my entire life so I possibly couldnât know that every company that has an app and the rewards app correlates with the actual physical stores thatâs a thing. Then Jessica decide she will walk up and tell me my name is Jessica if you wanna call corporate youâre wrong they do not correlate Iâm right I work here! So guess what coffee bean you just wasted the money that people bought gift cards on because I will never go back not only to that location but any location and I will let anyone And everyone I possibly can that I know to never buy a gift card or go into a location again is that gonna affect your profit but it will if they start doing the same! And to call a corporate number and then press the number youâre supposed to be told to go online and do it and then when you go online to do it you canât choose the store. Companies have been making it harder for a customer whoâs had a bad or horrible experience Be able to complain about it and actually have something done about it! Sorry for the long rant I hope this finds its way to corporate and I hope this person gets reprimanded written up and terminated because these are the reasons that companies are slowly going out of business even...
Read moreThose creatures have a serious attitude problem. It shouldn't be such a tall ask to politely ask someone to please add a little more milk to your coffee. I knew it was a problem the moment I walked up to the register to order. 000 courtesy or greeting. Ordered two drinks. I normally get a Vietnamese coffee and almost always has way too much milk in it. So I asked her to go a little light on the milk and I'll ask to add more if it needed more. I swear it took less than 20 seconds for them to make the drinks. The Vietnamese coffee has no milk in it. Asked her to please add a little more. She already looks pissed and says take off your lid. Takes my drink with an attitude. Adds a drop more mile in it. Tasted it again and it made 0 difference. I asked super politely again can you please add a bit more. And I apologized for being a pain. Didn't say a word. Hands me my drink. Still tasted like garbage but I wasn't gonna ask her to do anything else clearly it's a problem to expect what you pay for. So I'll just toss away my 15 dollars and stop going to coffee bean. I only leave this review because this is now the third time I get a sense of your not welcome and a whole lot of attitude from these bots. Super rude and disrespectful I hate leaving a review like this but manager needs to be on staff and get that...
Read moreI came in 5/1 I did a mobile order and pick 8:07am. I arrived and waited, two ppl working, a number of people in line. As almost 8:15 approached I addressed the situation which led to conflict with another customer. Given all that this could have been prevented the whole time because my coffee was actually done just sitting on the walk in side the whole time as Iâm on the mobile order counter and my sausage burrito was already bagged sitting on the back counter since before 8:07am. I waited patiently after my order time for about 6 minute or so. I understand they are busy but the purpose of mobile orders is to not have to wait in line and be prepared and in the right place for customers to just grab. These ladies working today were awful. Typically a gentlemen who works is always on point but I couldnât believe the two girls working and...
