Change your operating hours because saying that this location is open 24hrs is dishonest. Two nights in a row we were turned away at the drive thru speaker. Between 1am-2am sometime on 4/2/21 we pulled up to order & a male voice informed us that they weren't able to take our order because of they didn't have enough people working. It sounded like he was laughing. There was 3 cars parked outside & we found it quite irritating that the sign was lit up & business the hours posted all indication the place should've been open. If they can't manage a drive thru with 3 people than they are probably not suitable for many jobs in life. Then again tonight 4/3)21 it was only 9:40pm and we were once again told by the same voice that they were not serving food because they're short staffed this time there was 2 vehicles outside, same ones as previous nightI can't understand anything about this from a business perspective, especially, why are you paying for these employees to sit in your restaurant all night and turn away paying customers! If you need a new night manager, I know a guy. Otherwise, better off changing your operating hours to reduce your expenses and your bad reviews...

Read moreIf I can give 0 stars or even half a star I would. My fiance and I placed our order: Sriracha munchie box, chili cheese burger combo and 4 orders of tacos and requested foe ranch. We got home, no ranch and no chili cheese burger. I drove back about 5 minutes after we got home and realized the burger was missing. The kid was rude, I told him he didn't even ask me if I needed a receipt, and when I got home he gave me another Sriracha burger instead of the chili burger. I even called several times and no one answered the phone. And while he ignored me when I drove back, he walked to the office and started texting on his phone and seemed like he was in a rush to just get rid of me.
