I order from jersey mikes pretty frequently. I definitely order the big kahuna every time I come in. This location... they made it in awful quality, I order extra jalapenos every time, it a saved order on the app so I know it was typed into the instructions. The bread is also supposed to be toasted since it's a hot sub. The bread was barely toasted and missing jalapenos. It's a 20 dollar sandwich I should enjoy what I'm eating and not have to just settle for something inferior. I honestly felt for the girl that made my sandwich she looked slammed and she was working hard so when I got there and had to wait a solid 10 mins for it to be made when the app had emailed me saying it had already been ready, I really didn't mind. But when I got home to eat my food and was so disappointed, I called and basically was told that the manager had watched the girl make the sandwich and she watched her toast the bread and put jalapenos on, indirectly calling me a liar, then said I would have to drive all the way back... and I live 25 minutes from this location since I picked it up on my way home from work. Marty is whom I spoke with and she was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. Told me to hold on to the sandwich till I could come in next to have the sub then be remade which isn't until Monday when I work next. So just have the sub sit here and go bad in my fridge... really makes sense. Just super disappointed in the customer service I have received. I'm a loyal customer and have always enjoyed the franchise, I have never had a negative experience at any of the locations until now....
Read moreStopped in here today (7/29) around 11:15. Stood in line for a while and then someone (scruffy blondish hair) came to take our order. I was ordering two giant subs, one mini, and a kids meal which I think is a totally reasonable order. My husband and son were sitting at a table near by so they wouldn't have to wait in line with me. When the guy is taking my order he doesn't let me finish and when I say, "oh, one more still" he replies "oh God" with a ton of attitude. I was going to just let this slide since I already had spent time waiting in line. He wrote down the order for the last sandwich and then says, "I was going to help the rest of the line but not now" (again, full of attitude). He walked away and I thought about what I wanted to do because I hate being rude or confrontational. I then stepped up and said, "Excuse me, sir. You can just cross out my order. The attitude was not needed" to which he responded, "okay" and I turned around to leave, recounting what happened to my husband as we walked out the door. I've been to this location before but usually go to one closer to my home in Gilbert. I will never ever ever come back here. That was seriously the rudest anyone has ever been to me in a customer...
Read moreI have ordered here at least two dozen times. This place is exceptional both with the service the food, The delivery partnership, and honestly everything. There has been some hiccups but that's normal with places. This place has been awesome overall in terms of getting me the food especially on to go orders 95% of the time. It looks like there was a bad review about waiting to get their pickup order.. Make sure you order ahead and give yourself an extra 20 minutes on the pickup time just if you don't want to wait around and be a proactive dominant person to ask for your food but be very friendly and you will get it. Remember this is a fast busy place so you have to kind of get out there if you want to get your food. They don't just put the food out because people start selling stuff pretending they are picking up food and they will grab two bags for example.
