Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Chandler

This location has infinitely better customer service then the location at Rural and ray. 3 times now at that location when ordering through door dash they have been out of cinnamon sugar bagels. All 3 times when I had my Dasher ask them to use any other bagel they had and add the cinnamon sugar mix to it they responded with, "we do not do that here". Now I ordered from this location and when I got my bagels I noticed they were sesame with cinnamon sugar added. In the bag there was a card that said they were sorry but they had none left and had to turn sesame bagels into cinnamon sugar. They also gave me a card for 2 free bagels. To have the same company operate so drastically different points directly to the quality of Manager at the stores. Obviously the manager at the rural and Ray location is completely disconnected and does not care about the individual customer. The manager at the 101 and Chandler Blvd store though is phenomenal and I will only buy from this store from this point forward. Go to this location every couple weeks. Never had too much of a problem. This weekend however, I went and had to ask 2 different employees FOUR times for the remainder of my order. Then they gave me the wrong size coffee and FROZEN food. Took over 30 minutes to get the wrong order. I called to speak with a manager, Blanca, and she was very rude, did not want to help, called me a liar saying that they gave me the correct size and that's what I ordered when I know for a fact (along with the other 2 people on the order) that they rang up the coffee as a large and I was given a small. She said, after going back and forth for a while, that she'd take down my name and give me a free coffee next time I was in. She did not take don my name. She just hung up. Even when I was at the store and told them it was wrong, they said that's not the case and wouldn't correct it. What ever happened to customer loyalty anymore?! Without the consumer, you would...

I really really loved eating breakfast here and would go in every few months. But that bagel shop has been ruined and it doesn't even matter what location!! I won't go into any of them!!! I am posting this to share, not resolve anything or get free food!! I will not eat anything from there now.

The last time I was there with my boyfriend, he had spit out the egg from his sandwich and looked inside to see that the egg had dark greenish black spots! Gross!! I had already took a few bites of mine and opened it up & saw less but some of the same spots! We were not at the store and I wasn't going to drive all the way back. So we both just threw our sandwiches away. But it stuck with us.

The workers and/or manager had to of seen that the eggs had spots in them. It was obvious. And they still served them!! That's disgusting! When u pay, you except them not to feed you food so obviously bad!!
