Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Chandler

have been a customer of Jet's Pizza since 2008, so when I moved here and there was a location near by I was excited. I ordered online and was given a pick up time at 4:44pm. I arrived with my family to pick up the pizza at 4:45. The girl behind the desk told my husband that no one had checked the online ordering system and that the pizza had not been started. Fast forward 40 min, the pizza is not done, I have been given a line of BS from both the shift manager and the General manager about corporate not sending the online orders (they must have missed the part where the first girl told us that no one had checked the system); they then blamed my husband and I because we did not order over the phone. They refused to make the situation right and the level of customer service was appalling. I have worked and been a customer in quite a few places and this place by far had the worst customer service at a managerial level. I have a couple of suggestions very similar to the ones that I made in the store: 1. own your mistakes; people are much more likely to forgive when you own up to your role in a problem; 2. try to make it right, don't blame your customer. Stay away from the jalapeño cheese sauce but check out the boneless chicken and turbo sticks!

I ordered the "Jets triple cheese turbo sticks" and the sweet red chili boneless chicken. Both were great! I ordered marinara for the bread sticks and they serve it cold out of the fridge which was disappointing but I warmed it up and it was great! Their ranch is also a great dipping sauce for the chicken. I did Tru their jalapeño cheese sauce with the bread (because I really like the jalapeño cheese sauce at Little Ceasers) and it was truly awful 🤢.

UPDATE Ordered from Jet's again (I work nearby don't judge me 😅) I think the marinara was served cold last time because I ordered it as a side. When I ordered online last time I ordered the breadsticks with a side of ranch (because yes, I'm one of those weird people who dip bread in ranch) and I added the marinara as a separate side. I ordered the 8 corner pepperoni deep dish pizza. The crust is almost identical in taste and texture to Pizza Hut's pan pizza. The sauce is okay. The good parts were the edges - extra tasty with crispy caramelized cheese. Like Pizza Hut's pan pizza, it is decently tasting but the greasy bottom is a turn-off. You know how you sometimes eat food that is very fattening and heavy - you don't feel so good afterwards and you regret eating it? That's how this pizza was. The price of the pizza was the shocker. For the one pizza, delivery, and 20% tip my total was nearly $35 - almost double what I typically spend on pizza delivery. Overall the pizza was very mediocre for the price.
