Mingle + Graze — Restaurant in Chandler

Two plus years ago I wrote about Mingle and Graze as the new kid on the block in Old Town Chandler. Don't let the modest storefront fool you. Let's call 2022 the year that's pulled back the curtains to see how this town has fallen head over heels for this rising culinary star. PHOENIX MAGAZINE "BEST OF THE VALLEY" Top rated Cheesemonger. Full attention from valley culinary legend Mark Tarbell on the PBS program CHECK PLEASE. The culinary skill and passion of husband & wife team Mahfam & Cristobal are now center stage. Both are trained, well seasoned , and experienced in food & hospitality.

Their small , smartly selected menu of tasty cheese & meat boards, dips & snacks, salads, soups, unique sandwiches, and more are the perfect fare for all situations from casual to date night . The cuisine reflects the Persian & Chilean heritage of their family backgrounds.

The other plus is a recent change in their wine & beer license. Besides the wine & beer menu for dining in Mingle and Graze are anticipating the opening of their new retail wine , beer and non-alcoholic store around the corner just before Thanksgiving! I can't say enough good things about this place and I haven't even eaten here. I know that sounds crazy, but hear me out. I have wonderful sister who loves their food. She visits frequently and posts pics of their delicious spreads to tease the rest of us that don't even live in the state (I'm in WA). More recently she helped me with my furbaby as she's a wonderful vet tech and was able to give me some advice for an ongoing issue my pup was having. As a thank you, I wanted to send her something from her favorite restaurant. I reached out to them via Facebook and received a quick response from the owner Mahfam. She immediately took care of me and even personally delivered the order to my sister herself before the restaurant opened. Mahfam was so sweet and accommodating and making this surprise all that much more special. I already have plans to visit AZ soon and will definitely be taking my friends to Mingle + Graze. So, this is how you know if a chef has a proper culinary education. A perfect combination of crunch, flavours, zest and proportion. We finally got to try their sandwiches today, Chileno Roast Beef and Maffyletta. All components from cold cuts to ciabatta and aioli were so fresh that you could taste and appreciate the chef's magic. I'm not a potato salad person and I can't stop thinking about it! Mind blown!!! I can't put into words what happened in that little bowl of magic that is tempting me to go back to grab a big bucket!!! We had also tried their amazing meat and cheese trays numerous times and if you are looking for high grade elements on your boards this is the place for you!
