Chandler Park — Attraction in Chandler

Apartment: I paid $871 for a 1x1, second floor. The size and amenities for the price is great, and I don't feel cheated. The majority of the appliances worked, never could hear my neighbors through the walls, and never had a bug issue. Maintenance are nice people, but I had issues for months with my alarm system. The dish washer was broken when I first moved in but they fixed that in a day. They are always prompt.Social: They offer a few social events, but I only ever attended a few. Mostly families here that are quiet and stick to themselves. They have a few nice bars in the area due to being the Energy Corridor, but people are generally older than me. PokeStops everywhere. You can sit at one of the benchs and just stock up in 30 minutes. Just keep in mind it's frowned upon by the local police to go around and take pictures (AKA Pokemon hunting) and loiter, but I think they have adjusted quite well.

Great little area to bring your children, parking surrounds area. Great for having lunch and or a picnic, you have access to all of main downtown and all the shops! Police station within a thousand feet so it's pretty safe during the day!. They host many events here that are beautiful. Wheelchair access and parking available, come enjoy. Be aware currently there is construction underway and it's down to one lane but traffic still moves quickly through it!....
