Terrible experience! Was given a $25 off a service card & thought hey this is great...I get there and I am told by the stylist the haircut I want is NOT a pretty haircut (bold but not pretty) & she recommends a short style with layers rather than the long A Line cut I requested. I should’ve left then but ended up taking her adivice (thinking she knows what she’s doing). She then suggests a deep conditioning treatment which I decline politely. She insisted I get it saying it’s normally $30, today I’ll give it to you for $15 plus with your $25 off it’s basically free! I just go with it like what the heck. The short cut with layers probably would’ve been ok but I ended up with one long thin layer & three choppy layers far above the bottom layer! After going home and looking at it unstyled I was shocked. I called the # on the card I had to express my concern & dissatisfaction...the manger asked why I was calling her personal phone (I had no clue it was her cell). She gave me the shop # saying I can schedule a corrective cut. After calling the shop 3 times & the recording saying we are not accepting calls...I gave up! The total service cost me $150 & I left there with a messed up haircut & paying more than I intended! I do not recommend this...

I have waited a couple weeks to write this review hoping I would feel better about my experience. I went into the salon with long black hair ready for a change. The stylist was very informative and told me she worried about doing the color I initially wanted because she absolutely did not want to damage my hair. I chose another color concept and showed her a photo of the cut I wanted. She finished, I liked the color, she styled my hair different than I thought she would, but no worries. Six inches cut off and new color I left seemingly happy. UNTIL I washed my hair and the considerable product was off I realized my hair was Very Damaged, Over Processed a fate the stylist said she at no cost wanted to avoid and not the cut I asked for. I called I came back a treatment was put on my hair, too little too late. Each time I brush what is left of my hair and see its frayed ends, straw like texture I just feel so sad. Never before have I had this issue, if anything my hair is shinier and softer after a cut and color. I was nice when I left, But I will NOT be back and don't...

You're honestly better off going to great clips if you want anything specific. I first came here about 2 years ago and asked for bangs. I just wanted lighter bangs so you could still see my eyebrows, that was the most TRENDY hair style for that year. I also asked for it to be at my eyebrow. They cut too much hair so I had big blocky bangs that went even beyond my forehead, and it was also cut like 4 centimeters above my eyebrows. The stylist realized her mistake as soon as she finished and started trying desperately to thin them out. Both of the stylists there also kept asking me questions about my parents and who dropped me off and is somebody picking me up, etc. Do your parents know you're getting a haircut. I told them multiple times I drove myself, I'm an adult, and so on. But they kept babying me and talking to me like I need parent approval to be getting a haircut. I look young but after I reassured them I'm of age they should...
