Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Chandler

I went in with a 2 dollar coupon to use on the taco pizza and the gentleman at the start line of making pizzas told the cashier yeah dont use that pizza is already discounted it wouldnt help the price that much im like im buying a $10 pizza it can help ? Still didnt use coupon! Get home one of the pizzas after cooking i bit into and can barley tast the taco sauce and beans i couldnt tast it until i got to the bite before the crust everything was bland its sad i have been waiting a year for this pizza to come out the guy starting the make line is horrid fights you on a coupon because he doesnt think it will help the price that much and then pretty much went supper thin on tge beans and sauce i tast crust more then anything ! Im not going back to this one please tell your worker that if someone wants to use a coupon no matter how much its saves let them use the coupon and dont say anything thats rude. Also please re train him on sauce my brother inlaw works for another location and looked at a slice and even said this guy doesnt know how to make these pizzas right he pointed out you can tell dough they used on the pizza was old and they forgot 3 toppings on top and messed up horribly on the half and half and has a way light hand on the main sauce . Must admit-I’ve never tried this chain due to the baking-it-yourself idea…. Mom of four boys speaking. They will eat my arm off and then their own before these finish cooking. But….I’ve seen more than a few close friends rave about how much they love this place. Ok…eye roll!! Now I know im not the only one in this area that thinks the pizza selection in this area is straight-up horrible. Pizza Hut-yuck!, Dominos-hit or miss, Papa Johns-ok, and Costco is the best you can do around here honestly. Finally….got online and ordered without any warning for these hungry hippos. Got home-put it in the oven….WOW!!! Great, crispy crust without sauce dripping everywhere and toppings stayed in place. Tasted perfect!!! Price was just fine for the product delivered. The customer service at this location, by the supposed supervisor, Lamya Begay Roundtree (as she informed me) is beyond reprehensible. I ordered two pizzas for delivery, in which one order was incorrect when I received it. I called to request a new pizza, but she was beyond condescending from the beginning of our conversation and never offered an apology. She made no initiative to correct the issue and never offered service recovery.
