Read moreCame in on 5/7 and ordered a chicken taco plate, avocado corn taco salad, and a large drink. My order came out to $33 which did not sound correct at all. After paying, my boyfriend looked at the receipt and there was an extra fish taco plate added, that we did not order. I went up to the register and the young girl gave me a refund. Things happen, I understand. I look at my receipt again and she added my order in wrong, she put down the mango avocado salad. I went back up to the register and told me that isn’t what I ordered. She states we don’t have a avocado corn taco salad. I informed her that it was on the menu. She suggested to have them take the mango off. So after that, I get my food and I t was completely wrong. Not what I ordered at all. Went back up to the register with my food and told the girls, this is not what I ordered. I showed them a picture of the menu from my phone. Read moreFood has always been good. They have done a few things that concerned me, but all my orders have been correct thus far over the last seven orders.
Why two stars?: They have very bad customer service with the cashiers.
Two examples bothered me. 1) My food sat at the window while the cashier was busy. (Understandable, but an assistant manager or someone could have stepped in and not leave me standing their for my food that was less than four feet away and getting cold.)
Second, 2), and the most egregious: There was a line of about two people ahead of me. The cashier was so slow and inefficient, I literally, and this is not an exaggeration: went outside, got on my cell, and ordered with olo on the website, then went back inside and got my food eight minutes later. If I had waited inline, it would have taken longer.
This is what I don't like about the place: the cashiers. And it doesn't seem to matter which one. In general, they're not very friendly or helpful or fast either.
