Salad and Go — Restaurant in Chandler

I stop here frequently because it is a super convenient stop for my way home from work. The food is always amazing. I absolutely love salad and go. Normally very happy and helpful employees, but there is one employee that I see quite often that just looks miserable and makes me feel like an inconvenience every time she helps me. I'm not sure if she is over worked or if she has some personal stuff going on, but regardless, it makes the "experience" very negative. Sure this stop is convenient, but I am at the point where I may end up going out of my way to go to a different location just because I end up in a bad mood after going to this location. Sure that could be on me, I shouldn't let such small interactions alter my day in the way I let it. For me personally, good customer service is key and if that's not there, I just don't want to associate with a place. Like I said, the other employees are fine. I haven't had any negative interactions with any employee besides this particular girl. Maybe I just catch her at the end of her shifts when she is drained and over it all? Not sure. This was my 1st visit to Salad and Go. They had a weekend special on their Caesar salads, so I thought that I would give it a try. I used the drive-through. I ordered and the employee repeated my choices back to me for confirmation. I drove around to the pick-up window. It took about 5-7 minutes total. There were a few cars ahead of me. I paid at the window and the employee handed my a big plastic bag with my salad inside. The salad came in a plastic container with a clear lid and the Caesar dressing was in a package inside the container. I also received a napkin and plastic fork. The lid gave instructions to add your desired amount of dressing, re-apply lid, and shake to mix dressing with salad. I ordered the Buffalo Caesar, which I guess is one of their secret menu items. The romaine lettuce was fresh and crispy. The chicken was cut into bite-sized pieces and had a buffalo sauce on top. It also had some shredded parmesan cheese and croutons. It was a nice fresh salad and portion-wise, it was filling. They also sell wraps (salad ingredients inside of a flour tortilla) and...

Update 6/20/23. I went back to the dobson and chandler location to grab dinner, tge only change I requested was all mixed green. When I get home to eat there is less than half of the mixed greens with more toppings than lettuce and no tomatoes. I thought so changes would have been made. But the cucumbers all old, no tomatoes and barely enough lettuce for a salad. I went to this location for convenience but I will no longer.. the service and staff is nice but the quality is still off. First review below I love salad and go but this location's quality of food is very low. I live 5 minutes away and there is always a problem either the tomatoes are bad, the lettuce is wilted or bad or the order is wrong or the dressing is open. Today's order I asked for all mixed greens and I got all romaine lettuce which is all stem not much leafy green portion and the cucumbers should have been thrown out as they are soft and old. I will no longer give this location a chance and drive to kileen...
