WOW. If the manager at this store Tyler isn’t being paid top-dollar, someone needs to do something about that. Tyler went above and beyond my expectations last night when I entered the restaurant, I don’t know that I’ve had such an unbelievably great experience at any restaurant-be it a drive-thru or fine dining. First, I went to the same Culver’s about a month ago, and went through the drive-thru. Well, when I got home, I realized that my two sandwiches only had 1/2 a bun on them! Who does that?! So, not wanting to drive all the way back, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking to Tyler on that day for the first time. I explained my dilemma, not expecting Tyler to be able to really do anything about it, but Tyler courteously told me that the next time I came to the restaurant, my meal would be free. That was plus number one. Well, when I decided to go back to Culver’s yesterday to utilize my free meal, I went specifically on that day because of the advertised Flavor of the Day. Well, when I got to the restaurant, the Flavor wasn’t the same as was advertised on the website. So I went in there and acted like a pompous jerk and asked to speak to the manager about my frustration. Well, it just so happened that Tyler was managing last night too. After chewing Tyler out about the inconsistency (I mean, jeez, I need better priorities!) Tyler explained why there was a change in the flavor, but told me that it wouldn’t be a problem to make a batch of it right there on the spot. My face got hot and red-let’s just say I got a huge serving of humble pie. And everything I ordered was really delicious-probably at least in part due to the spectacular service I received. Read moreBeen here many times since it is close by. Most times service is ok but never great. On at least 4 occasions the service was horrendous. I went there yesterday and it wasn't very busy. As we walked in, I overheard one worker yelling at another for accepting a coupon that was expired (or something like this). One family was waiting for an order and another was ordering. My family of 4 was next. After the family ahead of us finished ordering the worker said I'll be with you in a few minutes. I smiled and nodded while she proceeded to make sundaes. About 5 minutes later another worker asked us if we've been helped. I politely said not yet. During this very brief exchange, 2 boys walked up to the counter to order their free ice cream. He disregarded the four of us that were there prior to the boys coming to the counter. We promptly walked out and went to Smash Burger and will not be going back to this particular Culver's. Read moreAll food cold. Packages for food were all smashed and very small portions. One butter burger only had half and it was literally torn not even cut. Missing two shakes I paid for. Fountain drinks obviously had been sitting out. No ice and drinks were warm and lids weren't secured. Missing condiments. Most of order couldn't be consumed because of all the package damage. I spent a lot of money on this and was told No refund. Worst experience ever. I have never had this experience at Eden Prairie store which is all top notch every time. Obviously the Chanhassen store has zero regard for customer experience for me. $90 down the drain. Since the Chanhassen store will not resolve all these issues I have no choice but to report to Better Business Bureau to at least get a refund and...
