Will never go to this BWW’s ever again. Been here a few times, this is the closest Buffalo Wild Wings for me. I have been disappointed in some way each time I’ve been to this one. I’ve been to the one in savage a few times and it’s gone so much better. Anyway. Stopped in about 5 days ago on a date with my boyfriend. Upon being greeted we are asked if we want to sit at the bar, we were on a date so I didn’t really feel like sitting at the bar, especially cause we aren’t old enough to order drinks. The greeter then says he’s got a six top table open. Again, on a date, don’t really feel like sitting at a table that’s got 4 too many spots. Plus, there was an open booth within eyeshot. I mention the booth and he says he’s gotta clean it off, and he does so quickly. He proceeds to show us to the table, but not really because he just kept walking past the table without gesturing to it or anything to let us know that we can sit. So we sit and wait for our waitress, she comes about 5 minutes after we’ve sat down. At this point we already know what we’d like to order, but she only takes our drink order. She brings us our drinks about 5 more minutes later. And then we sit. And wait. And wait. About 30 minutes have passed when my bf and I look at each other and we both know that we haven’t got enough time to sit and wait until she finally comes. Both of us need to work in the morning and can’t wait 40 minutes for our order to be taken, and however many for the food to come out. So we get up and walk over to chipotle and get fresh food in less than 5 minutes. To say the least I was annoyed and dissatisfied with the service we received. I don’t know who’s fault it was, if it was the waitresses or management for not having enough servers on, but waiting for 30 minutes when you’re hungry and don’t really have the time to...
Read moreOverall, the staff was caring, the manager was beyond a blessing to the poor service we got from our server. I had my 4 year old daughter with and just wanted to be able to get her some food but was told it might be a minute before the server would make it to us. We sat without even water while other tables were seated after us and got greeted, drinks and there food before us. We are not needy, my sister serves and got everyone's drink order and food order lined up so when we were talked to everything can be effectively sent in to help him save some time. But when the server FINALLY made it to us, we asked to get out order of food in first and he rolled his eyes then ignored to greet himself after waiting 25 minutes. Kids food came out first which was very nice, then one burger came out. Eventually my sister got her wrap and then I asked about my burger and he seemed surprised and upset like he never was told. His attitude and ignorance was very disrespectful and then continued to ignore us the rest of the night to the point we had to ask a different staff member to get a manager. I understand that many establishments have a shortage of staff but i've never felt so neglected by a server in an establishment. I hope no one else experiences the same treatment of poor service that we received. But the host Kate and the manager where definitely extremely caring and helpful during this experience. I appreciate their caring and understanding attitude towards...
Read moreLast Thursday, I tried to order some BOGO wings for my son to pick up after work. After placing my order using the order online feature (which is very convenient for me), it kept telling me online orders are not available. I finally called in by phone, and the girl said "we turned off the online ordering because we would get too busy with it on" Hmmm, last year restaurants were begging us to support them during the difficult Covid times, but now you tell me you are too busy to handle online orders? I then ordered over the phone, which obviously took more time for both of us. Then they could not take my payment over the phone so she texted me the app to pay over the phone. That kept kicking me out telling me there was a system error. Another phone call and I was told "that does that all the time, so I will need to pay upon arrival" To top it all off, the receipt almost forces you to leave a "15, 20, or 25% tip" Sorry, but tips are for service, and when the customer is driving to you and picking up his own food, asking for a tip seems a bit greedy. Your wings are good, but your website and customer service sure needs some improvement. PS, do not reply your usual "go to the website on the bottom of your receipt, blah, blah." Just fix...
