Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Chanhassen

I can’t even count how many times I’ve eaten here since it has opened. I’ve always had a good experience, hence why I keep coming back. Last week I placed an order to go (I live about 30 mins from this location). When I got home I was eating the food with my one year old daughter. I ended up finding this piece of plastic in the Mac and cheese that I was sharing with her. I didn’t even see it and found it while eating it because I felt the texture was off and spit it out. I don’t even want to think about what could have happened if my daughter swallowed this. Since I was at home (and 30 mins from the restaurant) I sent them a message on Facebook letting them know. After a few days without a response I emailed their email address. A few days later I got an email back from the franchise owner apologizing and saying they would look into. Which is great…but I was expecting a little more as chick fil a is known for their high ranking customer service. I think I should have at least be offered to have my meal comped for what happened. I understand that mistakes can happen but it doesn’t seem like they put in any effort to try and make this right. I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Chick-fil-A in Chanhassen, and the experience was as outstanding as ever. The food here continues to be exceptional, with every item I've tried meeting the high standards Chick-fil-A is known for. The flavors and quality of the food are consistently top-notch, ensuring a satisfying meal every time.

The level of customer service at this location is remarkable. The staff are extremely helpful, frequently walking around to assist customers with their needs. This is especially impressive considering that Chick-fil-A isn't a traditional table service restaurant. The team’s dedication to customer care greatly enhances the overall experience.

In contrast to some of my past dining experiences at other busy eateries, the seating situation here was notably comfortable. The restaurant was well-organized, making it easy to find a good spot to sit and enjoy my meal in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

EDIT: they have posted signs instructing that people will merge, and this has made the problem much better! That, and maybe by now, people have gotten used to the new setup 😅

ORIGINAL: I’ve only had positive things to say about this location until tonight. I tried their new mobile order drive thru lane, and I got cussed out/threatened by another customer because that lane merges with the traditional drive thru lane and she didn’t understand that and thought I was cutting her off. Despite it being my right of way, I let her go ahead of me, and she was still making threats for me to hear through her open window. When the employee handed me my order, I told him what happened and asked if I used their new system correctly. He was very kind, and he assured me I did nothing wrong, gave me some comp cards, and said this is not the first time a situation like this has happened. While I appreciate his gracious service, management really needs to change this system if situations like this are arising.
